They send you a message saying that you will get to talk to a vet for only a dollar but what they don't tell you is that it's actually like $29 a month. Then you talk to a person they try to sell you (after the fact) on why you need this to ask lots of questions and tell you they have a 5.5 BBB rating. But they don't they have a 3.7. I talked to a supervisor about a refund (the selling person) she kept saying no refund. The next time I went back to chat she pretended didn't respond to any of my refund comments and just kept pretending to be helping again.
Beginning of June I signed up with this company for 1 Pound or what I thought was 1 Pound. I then was charged immediately 49 Pounds and when I realised that I got in touch with customer services because I wanted to cancel. The agent was very friendly and said yes no problem, the money would be reimbursed and the membership cancelled. So all good. Then a few weeks later I looked at my credit card statement and saw that I was charged the full amount and never received a reimbursement. I immediately contacted customer services who were extremely unhelpful just telling me, well this is how it is. Allegedly in the transcript of my earlier chat there was no information that I would get reiumbursed. Despite not having used their services once because I thought it was cancelled they refused to pay me the money back. I can only warn anybody to use them. They lure you onto their website with the 1 Pound offer, you put your credit card details in and then they take 1 Pound and a month membership fee. Disgusting!

I asked one question about the radio in my truck and they quickly told me to replace it. I took it to the dealership and they replaced a module not the radio and it works fine. People make mistakes, I understand that. Since then these folks charge my credit card $34.00 a month for a service I find to be less than helpful. That's right they have been hitting me every month for this charge so watch out!

I currently am having an emergency for my dog and cannot afford vet care at the moment. So I thought since just answer was offering 1 dollar for a trial membership that I would give it a shot. Not only was I not able to get helpful info, I was charged the full membership fee instead of the trial fee. Customer care is clearly to incompetent to understand and help my situation, so let the process begin, all over 28.00.

Too much money for answers that aren't even correct. Charged me for another month when I went through the steps of canceling my membership. Wouldn't refund me. Lady was rude who I talked to on the phone and talked over me and then hung up on me.

I authorized a $2 membership fee and was then billed $66. When I complained, they just said "sorry we can cancel your membership (gee thanks) but cannot give you a refund. You mean "won't" give me a refund. Any site engaging in these businesses practices is shady at best. Funny how they "end chats" or "leave the room" when they don't want to answer a question.

Ended up on a call to a Doctor that went from the NHS free number who couldn't respond and needed a quick answer. Didn't realise the fee was not one-off but continual and monthly. The advice was very average and ended up paying far more for it than anyone should.

Unfortunately I did not read the small print and was not aware I was signing up for a membership for $41 a month when all I wanted was a simple answer to a problem which I thought was a one off payment. All I want to say is please be careful when using this website and read the small print before paying anything because before you know it you are a member paying $41 month

I was searching for an online vet that I could talk to for help with my cat. Since vet bills are so expensive nowadays, I thought I would try this website because the reviews were good. I first went onto the website, and I talked to an automated person about what was going on with my cat. I told her in extensive detail about what was going on and it was sent to the "experts" to talk about and get back to me. This was at 9 am and an hour went by so, I went back to the automated help desk lady and asked how much longer it would be considering I had work soon and I didn't know if I had to stay longed on or not. She couldn't really answer my question because she is automated and kept sending random help. I gave up on that and decided I should give it some more time. So, I went to work and gave it an hour and a half. I come back to my phone, and it is still saying "We are discussing your question" and "We're finding an expert." At that point I just wanted to cancel my membership (which is $31 along with that $1 fee) so I clicked on "cancel my membership." The same help desk lady popped up and asked why I wanted to cancel, and she said she would transfer me to their customer service person. Again, it was another robot but, this time I thought she could help me. She said she would mark my question as high priority, and someone would get back to me soon. I still wanted to cancel my membership because they said before someone would be with me soon so then she offered me a phone call with an expert instead. I gave her my number and when I asked when the phone call would be she said "today." but, I still have to work, and I know if I can't answer my phone right at that moment, I still won't talk to anybody. I ended up still cancelling and I have no clue if I will get that phone call or not. This website/app did nothing for me and you have to read the fine print to know it's $32 not just $1 to start off. I wish I could get a refund because nobody helped me and overall, it was an awful experience. I was just trying to get some help for my cat, and they did absolutely nothing.

Complete waste of time. It's a chat service, so unless you have absolutely no friends or acquaintances to talk to, and are too stupid to perform an internet search, this service is of absolutely no value. Don't let them fool you, like they did me, into thinking they have a veterinarian on hand that will help you - they won't. I am in Wyoming and our regular vet closed his doors in the Covid mayhem and turned large animal records over to another vet, who's never around when we need him. I do not blame him, if I could make a big ranch call with hundreds of animals why bother to stop and see a horse with laminitis for some people with just three horses? We don't need a diagnosis, we already know what the problem is, we need medication for the horse, a prescription so we can order what we need to help him, and no we're not drug seekers, I sent a video of the horse. Gee, can't do anything without seeing the horse IN PERSON, (so why are you charging for this service when clearly you do not intend to do anything?) but "why not go the Chinese veterinary medicine route?" Gosh, I don't know, since we can't find a nearby large animal vet who's interested in coming to the horse what do you think the chances are of finding a Chinese horse acupuncturist? Yep, thanks for absolutely nothing but a total waste of my time and a charge on my credit card.

I hooked up with this company when they advertised on a low income relief website. I was looking to find a vet in my area who could assist financially and provide euthanasia for my dog who has had cancer for over 1.5 years. I contacted them right away and was told they could help. Then, they sent me to a vet's asst. Who also said she can help. When I finally got transferred to a vet and had to tell my whole story for the 3RD time, all she did was list vets in my area, all of which I had already contacted. She suggested that I go to the vet that diagnosed him for additional labs and bloodwork. I don't need bloodwork. I KNOW what he has! His tumor is so big behind his ear that he doesn't walk straight and is deaf. His eyes are glazed over and he has dementia and wanders through the house. I close off our living space but I still have to go find him and bring him back. He can't get his legs under him, and his skin flinches when I barely touch him with one finger; he can no longer control his bodily functions and for a dog that lived to eat, he barely touches a thing. He has lived a yr longer than anyone, including vets, anticipated he would but it is time to take him and not make him suffer anymore. I don't need anymore labs. The "expert" that I finally got in touch with told me she could not call vets on my behalf. Why did you advertise on a low income pet website? I am disabled and can't afford $300+ to take this animal, who I love every inch of, to go to sleep and not hurt anymore, especially when I kept being told they could help. I have wasted 3 hours in a life where hours count. Disgraceful company... if you want legal assistance, go to Legal Shield in your state. They don't do anything to earn their monthly membership fee, unless you just want them to tell you they can help when they don't. Shame on them.

Tried canceling claimed i didn't. They are an awful service who didn't allow me to obtain a refund after it didn't successfully cancel last month, because of there bogus charge. All they do is drag you along in a drawn out convo so you get bored, and don't cancel. Crooks

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
