I was searching for an online vet that I could talk to for help with my cat. Since vet bills are so expensive nowadays, I thought I would try this website because the reviews were good. I first went onto the website, and I talked to an automated person about what was going on with my cat. I told her in extensive detail about what was going on and it was sent to the "experts" to talk about and get back to me. This was at 9 am and an hour went by so, I went back to the automated help desk lady and asked how much longer it would be considering I had work soon and I didn't know if I had to stay longed on or not. She couldn't really answer my question because she is automated and kept sending random help. I gave up on that and decided I should give it some more time. So, I went to work and gave it an hour and a half. I come back to my phone, and it is still saying "We are discussing your question" and "We're finding an expert." At that point I just wanted to cancel my membership (which is $31 along with that $1 fee) so I clicked on "cancel my membership." The same help desk lady popped up and asked why I wanted to cancel, and she said she would transfer me to their customer service person. Again, it was another robot but, this time I thought she could help me. She said she would mark my question as high priority, and someone would get back to me soon. I still wanted to cancel my membership because they said before someone would be with me soon so then she offered me a phone call with an expert instead. I gave her my number and when I asked when the phone call would be she said "today." but, I still have to work, and I know if I can't answer my phone right at that moment, I still won't talk to anybody. I ended up still cancelling and I have no clue if I will get that phone call or not. This website/app did nothing for me and you have to read the fine print to know it's $32 not just $1 to start off. I wish I could get a refund because nobody helped me and overall, it was an awful experience. I was just trying to get some help for my cat, and they did absolutely nothing.

Complete waste of time. It's a chat service, so unless you have absolutely no friends or acquaintances to talk to, and are too stupid to perform an internet search, this service is of absolutely no value. Don't let them fool you, like they did me, into thinking they have a veterinarian on hand that will help you - they won't. I am in Wyoming and our regular vet closed his doors in the Covid mayhem and turned large animal records over to another vet, who's never around when we need him. I do not blame him, if I could make a big ranch call with hundreds of animals why bother to stop and see a horse with laminitis for some people with just three horses? We don't need a diagnosis, we already know what the problem is, we need medication for the horse, a prescription so we can order what we need to help him, and no we're not drug seekers, I sent a video of the horse. Gee, can't do anything without seeing the horse IN PERSON, (so why are you charging for this service when clearly you do not intend to do anything?) but "why not go the Chinese veterinary medicine route?" Gosh, I don't know, since we can't find a nearby large animal vet who's interested in coming to the horse what do you think the chances are of finding a Chinese horse acupuncturist? Yep, thanks for absolutely nothing but a total waste of my time and a charge on my credit card.

I hooked up with this company when they advertised on a low income relief website. I was looking to find a vet in my area who could assist financially and provide euthanasia for my dog who has had cancer for over 1.5 years. I contacted them right away and was told they could help. Then, they sent me to a vet's asst. Who also said she can help. When I finally got transferred to a vet and had to tell my whole story for the 3RD time, all she did was list vets in my area, all of which I had already contacted. She suggested that I go to the vet that diagnosed him for additional labs and bloodwork. I don't need bloodwork. I KNOW what he has! His tumor is so big behind his ear that he doesn't walk straight and is deaf. His eyes are glazed over and he has dementia and wanders through the house. I close off our living space but I still have to go find him and bring him back. He can't get his legs under him, and his skin flinches when I barely touch him with one finger; he can no longer control his bodily functions and for a dog that lived to eat, he barely touches a thing. He has lived a yr longer than anyone, including vets, anticipated he would but it is time to take him and not make him suffer anymore. I don't need anymore labs. The "expert" that I finally got in touch with told me she could not call vets on my behalf. Why did you advertise on a low income pet website? I am disabled and can't afford $300+ to take this animal, who I love every inch of, to go to sleep and not hurt anymore, especially when I kept being told they could help. I have wasted 3 hours in a life where hours count. Disgraceful company... if you want legal assistance, go to Legal Shield in your state. They don't do anything to earn their monthly membership fee, unless you just want them to tell you they can help when they don't. Shame on them.

I discovered that I have been paying $92 a month for four months services that I never wanted and never received. Their sign-up is very misleading. It's not at all clear what's going happen if you fill it in. You're not aware that you're being already charged $92 when you don't even know what you're likely to get. It's intentionally deceitful. Many in online surveys have found this out the hard way. They don't send any monthly notifications of charges or any email explaining what has been signed up for and how to withdraw. They are very aware of what they are doing and cut you off when you complain.

This website is a total scam. They pay for SEO placement so if you're looking for Cannon/HP/any sort of hardware customer service they come up first. They don't outline how much their service is and even if you don't ask a question, they will charge you a membership fee of $46+. Customer service is useless and doesn't even look into the problem and just says there's nothing they can do. I'll be calling my credit card company because this site is entirely unethical

I was desperate to get ONE answer and the first "legal aid" I spoke with was vague and not answering my direct question. She couldn't spell, she kept saying deserve instead of re-serve, it was almost funny!
The next guy answered my question, I challenged him, he then agreed with me and told me I know the law, I challenged him again and he gave me the wrong answer. I filed the 5 day notice and it should have been 10 day - thanks for nothing. Run from this joke of a company - it's NOT worth it.

It is hard to read all the things that you agree to on your phone. They make it sound like you are paying $1.00 for your initial month of service. But after you get you bank statement, you really pay $35.00 for the month of service. When I called about a refund because I though the $34.00 was the renewal, I was told that it was in the information that I agreed to when I signed up. No refund for me. Lesson learned!

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
