Same thing like everyone else there was no sign that they will charge you once you ask a question and then they act as if there was when not.
As everyone knows a subscription is at the end of the month not the day you sign up.
Anyways when i spoke to a assistant she said that thats how the company works, i told her nothing was clear i even asked to speak to a supervisor, because they took 66$ without my permission i only permitted the 2$ one anyhow she denied it by saying they wont help me.
And then when i wasn't done she ended the conversation.
After that i contacted them by email and no surprise at all they were no help they kept saying that im not eligible for a refund because it was stated that they money will be taken when it didnt at all.
If you're willing to pay 66 or 80 or 40 $ for questions and answers, for monthly subscriptions + the first question charge sure but if not dont bother because the 2$ is really just for show to lure you.
Very disappointed that a company would do such thing, the least they can do is make it obvious that they're gonna take the money the second they ask a question. Obviously not because they're scammers.
May god not forgive them.
Anyways i did cancel my subscription they made sure of it.
But they were no help.
The doctors were though.

I will be using the money i lost so i will be asking all the questions i possibly can.

I signed up for legal advice on a labor issue. I had only one issue, which was answered satisfactory. But, they did not warn me a montly subscription is going to be charged to me and not any notifications were sent to me to inform me subscription is going to continue. They have charged me 3 month's subscription of R599 on top of initial R15 subscribing fee to pose my question. On request today, they cancelled my subscription, but they refuse to refund me at least 2 month's fees from which I had no use at all. Keep in mind when subscribing to this service!

This company is a good idea, but they are scammers by making people pay a $1-$2 refundable fee, and they automatically sign you up for the membership, which they DO NOT make clear at all, no matter how they try to state they do. They won't even refund you bc "you agreed" I never saw any emails about joining the membership until I had to physically look it up in my email. They know what they are doing, and it's a shame. Pls, don't use them; it is a waste of money for like 5 mins of chat or like a 5 min call. They should be shut down.

We gave them our credit card to charge us $1 for an answer which was not helpful - take apart our TV, basically break it. Pretty sure their agents are just googling things. But then they charged us a $46 a month subscription. Called Discover Card and apparently, this site does this all the time to people. Gives them a price for an answer and then signs them up for a subscription without their permission.

I already tried to contact your company about this and didn't get a response, so I disputed the charge on my credit card (the $46 membership I didn't sign up for, but you can have the $1 I agreed to even though you didn't answer my question - I guess you get what you pay for). You can respond to the dispute request if you would like. Discover is apparently very familiar with your company.

Stumbled onto this site while searching for an answer to a problem with my car. I figured for a buck I'd try them. Never got an answer but when my credit card co called about a different matter I found I had been billed for THREE months of service I didn't use and didn't know I had. Called them to cancel and they said they couldn't find my account by my email and wanted my card #. Told them No and I wanted it cancelled. Got disconnected. Tried to call back and seemed to be blocked. Called on my cell and got a msg the account was closed. Don't know how they knew it was me as I never used my cell to contact them.

This website claims you can join for just $1 for a trial, but when you actually try to use the membership, it charges you $46 with your first question. Their practices are VERY deceitful. Clearly, it is designed this way. Very frustrating experience with this company.

Make sure you pay attention because they tell you it's a $5 fee then charge you $40. That could of paid for my vet exam instead I paid $40 to have someone tell me to take my cat to the vet because they can't prescribe meds. Cancelled my membership immediately and talked with a customer service agent who clearly didn't give a crap about the well being of my cat that they just took money from. They claim that it says that they are going to charge you $35 monthly when you enter your card info right after they tell you it's $5. Then the customer service rep just says we'll did you read the terms and conditions? Shove your terms and conditions and give me and all the other people you've stolen from our money back.

I contacted them and they told me the will not give me my money back. They are awe full. The don't inform you that they will enroll your account on auto pay

A few days ago, October 10th 2022 going over charges on my Citi credit card statement i came across a monthly charge of $34… who in his right mind will use a credit card with 29% interest to have a company charge him monthly? If and only if I ever called this company I would have never authorize monthly payment and become a member as they call it. The 1 star is because after I canceled the card, called them to ask for proof of my membership and the $544 they unlawfully charged me a very rude, Asian accent woman said "NO WE DON'T HAVE ANY PROOF" Citi Simplicity card and their dispute dpt is after them now.

Never use this site! They overcharge for a basic conversation that helps nothing! Don't call for it! They say it's a $1 membership fee but they charge $31. When I asked why they said you should have read the full terms and agreements. They take money from people who have sick pets. Never trust them. They don't give refunds and don't actually care about you! They take advantage of people who are in distress over their ill pets. I will never ever use this company again.

I had difficulty installing a smart thermostat because of a wiring issue I could not solve. The person they connected me with solved the issue in a few minutes, but I had to go to a live conversation which was an extra charge, but it was worth it in the end.
Do not give a dime to this company. They do not resond to questions posed. After waiting for hours upon hours for response from my question, and being told I was "top Priority" I never received a response. I was told my membership initiation fee will be canceled so will follow up with that! Hopefully that part of company is responsive! DO NOT USE!

My Facebook book account was hacked and taken over This site kept popping up. I was frustrated so accidentally clicking on the several times. I ask how much they charged. She ask what the problem was I explained she said it was $1 to talk to a specialists for Facebook. I paid the they automatically stated texting me. One to ask questions the to try to upgrade or well something 8 just declined. After a few minutes of then texting instructing my to go to Facebook and report it. The same this that are clearly verbatim on Facebook. I stated I had tried all of this. She said read the instructions carefully. I ask if this was all the information they to solve my problem. She said yes so I told to stop texting me and do not change my card any further. I logged into my card. The $1 charge was post which was what I aggreed to. But a few minutes later they debited $46 from my account. This was mentioned no place. I returned to site there was an option to pay $39 to speak to and expert. I did not speak with an expert on the site. Just answer is a rip off.

I have concerns about the safety of my boys, and went into great detail of the violent person that my wife's not only allowed them to be around, but that she left them with... he's not allowed to be around children alone, because of his violent history with children.
My answer, summed up: "Contact the police & hospitals, to get the reports you want." That ain't worth $5, and no way worth $53/mo membership.
That's the sort of answer I'd expect from a legal subbreddit, not a "professional" firm, charging money! Stay away from them. Probably get better results from aavo...

The chatbot on the initial page says there is a $5 charge to ask a question and i inputted my card information based upon these terms. Later that night, I looked on my bank charges and saw I was charged $39.99. I called customer service because the website says I can get a refund. They were rude, and unable to issue a refund. I would like to say, after leaving a negative review (see above) I received a message from Customer Care stating they would help Me out if I called back. I did that and yes, they did refund my money. I am thankful for that, however, they refused to help me the first time I called customer care. It wasn't until I posted the review and I filed a complaint with the FTC (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/) that they decided they could refund the charges.

I was told it would cost $5.00 for an answer from an attorney. Ok, sounds reasonable. But what they fail to tell you is that $5.00 is the fee that initiates your subscription! No free trial period in which to cancel, just automatically enrolled and within days I was charged an additional $46! I didn't notice the charge until another month had gone by and I had a second charge (I was out of town and not expecting I would have to monitor my bank account). As with all the bad actors in this world today, they refused to reverse the charges even though the most current one was "pending". I was able to cancel the subscription, but their so called "customer care" has no ability to help the consumer that has just been duped out of nearly $100! It seems this is the new business model, anyone with any interest in a product or service is automatically enrolled in a subscription service that they have no control over, until they inadvertently discover re-occuring charges to their bank account! I'm sure these money hungry business owner's love this, but I'm so completely disgusted by bad business practices I'm loosing all faith in human decency. Even the customer care employee told me they have many people per day calling with the same complaint. She is located in the Philippines. I asked her how she likes working for a company that steals money out of peoples pockets? I told her, I know people in the Phillipines think we are all rich in the U.S., but it's not true, we aren't. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford to just toss my money in the air and let some charlatan grab it, but it's now become the way of the world.
Do not trust! This company is an absolute scam!

Which was then deducted, as well as R599 without my consent?!
When I complained about this, the page went to an error page.

The prices for just answer memeberships keeps jumping from $1 per question and $20++ fee for monthly member ship to $2 per question and a $70++ membership fee. I just wanted to ask a simple question on my mental health for $2 only to end up buy almost up to a $100 dollars worth of counselling services that I DO NOT REQUIRE as the website hides the fact that the purchase is indeed along with the membership. In fact the site should clarify strongly about purchases rather than hide it in such a small font. Do not buy and put your credit card information and i hope you will not fall into this scam. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
