Went to the website thinking they were affiliated with Verizon. They started a chat and send me to an expert completely unrelated to my phone. I bailed out of the chat when I saw what was going on and still got charged 46.00. Do not give them your credit card information. They are complete scam artists.
This business is a scam I spent $5 trying to recover an old email and now I have charges on my account I have to cancel my card get a new one and dispute charges to hopefully get my $ back and not lose any more... Do not use this service! I would give no stars if I could.

They advertise $1 for the first month and $20 each month thereafter unless you cancel. I was charged $1 & $20. I decided to cancel. I calledto do so and they refunded $20 only to charge me $46 for technical support. When I called for an explanation because I didn't ever use the service, I was told the charge was for the call to cancel the $20. So, it cost me. $46 to get my $20 refunded. What a scam!

This is scam charged me with $66, i didn't ask for the membership but they charged me. I thought the joining fee is $2 but they made me a member on their own. Customer care suck too when i asked for refund they ended the conversation. And after that i couldn't go to that page either. Rating it 1 star as cant rate it in negative.

It's a website making money from people who are just trying to get answers. They say $5 and keep charging you $60. I you are not checking your credit card every month you are screwed. $360 total they scammed me out of. And when you call, they will tell you there is nothing they can do. I hope you loose your ##### for running a "Business " with this mindset. You are not different from any other Internet Scammers taking peoples hard earned money.

I got an ad of this website as I was Looking to see about a piano I have. They said to type my phone number and they would connect me with perfect expert for $5. Now with my agreement I'm suckered into paying a $30 membership and they won't refund me or understand when I explain that to them I see a lot of reviews like this definitely fraudulent. I canceled the membership and called my bank, but I couldn't delete my card information, so hope there is no more charges. Never again.

I signed up for there services in mid November, the $5 fee, asked a few questions on a single day and was charged $79 later, and I was like fine, whatever.
Saw that they charged me again in December, called them to cancel the scrip, was told that it was cancelled.
Saw again in Jan, just the other day, charged again.
This is not a good business practice to take persons money without providing any services.

I have spent a great deal of time on the phone trying to sort out the bill and the membership fee that they are charging. I still am trying to sort it out. It is not worth the $46 fee that I was charged as I did not get any help.
I do not recommend using this service. Go to a local vendor instead.

This was by far, the most utterly bad experience I've ever had. First of all, the doctor was clearly not knowing what he was talking about, and it felt automated, and the worst thing was that they clearly indicated that it's a $1 dollar service, but they have charged me $46 for two months as a recurring membership which i never agreed on. They are fraudulent and not trust worthy. Steer away please.

I asked a question a few months ago. It was very helpful, and only $5. I cancelled the recurring $30 membership. No problems so far.
Last month, I had another issue, and did the $5 again. However this time I was charged $30 as a "renewal" fee, and had to cancel again to prevent recurring charges.
I tried getting a refund, but was not offered one.
Guessing any future questions are $30 each, REALLY? :(

I agreed to pay $1 for help in solving my issue with TV. Later I learned I will be charged $46 a MONTH for a membership. I called customer support to speak to someone about the charge and asked where on their website it says anything about a membership. She could not tell me where on their website it said anything about a membership. I told her I wanted to cancel the membership, which she did. But I would still have to pay $46. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very misleading.

I was told "$5 refundable" on the front page to get an answer to my vet question. It was answered well enough, but when I looked at my emails, $40 had actually gone through Paypal, NOT $5.
THEN after I cancelled recurring charges on Paypal so I wouldn't get charged again next month, Just Answer canceled my entire account! I never went on the Just Answer site to cancel my account! I started a chat to resolve the cancellation issue, and the chat cut me off. I have sent an email to them that hasn't gotten answered yet.
I did get a decent answer that saved me a trip to an emergency vet, BUT the website was deceitful about charges. And if I'm stuck with the $40 charge for the month, my account needs to stay active so I can ask ALL the questions I might have about everything!
If I hadn't been in a semi-emergency situation, I would have researched this website beforehand and not gotten stuck in this scam. I filed a report through Paypal so hopefully between the JustAnswer site and Paypal, something will get resolved quickly.

I was having worries about my dog so I came to this website, I spoke with an automated person and was told that I would be transferred to a veterinarian after paying a $5 refundable fee. Not only did I NOT get to speak with anyone after paying $5 but they also charged my card for $27 when that was not stated anywhere. After the incident, I went to the reviews and it seems as if this happens to people quite a bit. This website is a complete scam, save your time and money by calling an actual person who can assist you without stealing from you.

I signed up for the 5$ for a vet answer but didn't get one. Then I check my bank account and see a charge for 33$ on top of the 5$. It is a scam. AVOID!

All ratings require you to give at least one star. Too bad as it distorts the true total. A 4-star could mean 3-star. And that illusion matters
Anyway, be very careful about using JustAnswer. It's a subscription website and it mask that. It's $5 just to sign on, as a question, $35. Yep, misdirection at its best. BUYER BEWARE! Then comes the monthly reoccuring charges...
I was able with my persistence able to get my $35 back. So with some work, Customer Service did work with me.

I've had two unresolved legal issues, and since people with disabilities are treated less than illegal immigrants, finding representation has been a nightmare. I saw this site hoping I can find someone, but instead they've taken a hundred dollars for information any high school graduate would know, and suggested action I've already done. Don't trust these people to represent you, as I only received one call and a week later I was charged 46 bucks and given an email saying he wouldn't represent. They stole from me again after I responded I've already done their suggestion. This is a complete scam, do not give them your information

I went to this site for help with an issue with my roku. The tech came online quickly but was unable to fix the issue. He provided me a number for roku support that didn't work. I received two charges on my credit card. One was for 1.00. Which they said was fully refundable. It's not. Another was for 55.00 for a membership that I never signed up for. I have requested a refund but I'm sure they won't refund it. This is a shady company with unethical business practices.

They charged me $46 even tho I cancelled the free 7 day trail immediately after I spoke to them. This is a scam to get a total of $51 from US! Dont Do It! I did not realize this until I found the charges on my credit card. I had to call them and demand the $46 back. They claimed I was signing up for a membership which was a lie. Even when I asked the 'lawyer' how to cancel I was given a bunch of bs. He had NO answer for me then & tried to charge me ANOTHER $5 to ask him how to cancel. I do not agree to anything that is going to cost me more money. I had to jump through hoops just to post this review as well. They sure do ask a lot for a company that wishes to "help".

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
