The one i got was not very good and it is frustrating to have a conversation via text. /He said calls cost more, though i never asked how much more. I cancelled the same day and did not only not get a refund, but they did not continue my subscription for the month that i paid for. Scammers i think
Do never sign up for a $2 consultation, they soon take $105 out of your account after 1 question, and make you a member so they can take a monthly fee! I never agreed to this and I will keep chasing my money back. Thank god I read reviews and cancelled a membership I never knew I had! Scam scam

Contacted this company about a car fault, totally wrong and misleading information that eventually said take the car to a dealer duh!
Then a month later £28.00 gone from my account!. Cancelled now, older and wiser, £40.00 for effectively nothing. Beware.

The website offers experts, each question will cost 1 euro, they do not help but they offer you to ask more questions... impossible to contact customer care and ask a refund, it seems also on payment. So be aware of this approach.

I used Just Answer for a question about my pregnancy that was really stressing me out. I was really hoping to get answers immediately - before my doctor's offive opened - to put my mind at ease. The response was basically that she couldn't give me an answer of any kind without seeing me in the clinic. So I'm not sure why they offer the service at all if it's not possible to provide answers on that platform. I called my doctor the next day and she gave me a clear physiological reason that my concern was not valid/possible, and there's nothing to worry about. And the charge was not clear upfront. I was only aware of the $5 membership but saw a $46 charge on my card today. Don't depend on this platform for any kind of medical or health advice, even for basic questions.

Was looking for quick medical advice and saw this company was advertising for 2$ for one answer, little did I know when I gave them banking information they would automatically charge me 75$ for a month membership and the customer service we're ZERO help when I reached out to them too, please do not use this company who are taking advantage of people looking for medical answers, would give it 0 stars if I could

They say over and over it's just $5 for an answer but charge you $30 every two weeks. When I called to cancel and get a refund they refuse because I "signed up for the membership". Don't use.

I thought $2 was the fee for answering a question. I don't recall them saying they were gonna charge my credit card 79.00 monthly. Be very careful when signing on with this company. Its a question and answer, not a monthly fee of 79.00 for 1 question. Plus the fact that there was NO EMAIL confirming my subscription.

I went to JustAnswer.com to get help with the well known problem of the non-connectivity of Amazon Video Streaming and Bravia Televisions. They make you put down a deposit to be paid when and if your answer is given. Their answer was worthless and said for $100 they could answer it and I said absolutely not. It did not dawn on me to check my credit card, and I discovered they charged me $46 three times over three months. I got the last month removed, but there is not enough time in my life to justify spending three hours fighting them over the first $92. They are simply put, thieves. I did not even know they had done it until American Express put a hold on my account BECAUSE AMEX KNOWS THEM TO BE HIGHLY FRAUDULENT, note the word fraud in the credit.

I was told by the bot that the initial fee was refundable. 2 mins into the conversation with the Dr. I was told I had to talk on the phone for an additional $50+ I closed and canceled and asked for a refund since they charged me the $1 and also the monthly fee and was told it was not refundable. CRAP service!

Don't get suckered, they say it's $5 and they charge you $60 every month. The answers are worse than you doing your own Google search. The lawyers send you generic answers and don't even respond directly...they are Bots. I never got an answer and paid $65 for nothing.

I had a question I needed answered, so I searched online. I have been to websites that charge you $5 to speak with someone and then you can easily get it refunded once you are finished with your conversation. I found Just Answer online that offered you service for $2 that could "easily" be refunded. I proceeded to put my card information in to pay the $2 only to find they charged me $72 for a membership I didn't ask for that they also did NOT make clear to me whatsoever. When I brought this to their attention, they canceled my membership but refused to refund me my money. I expressed how unprofessional it was to not be open and clear with customers, and they copied and pasted the same "heartfelt message" to me about me being valued. They don't care about their customers at all. Just to take your money. It is an absolute scam that they would advertise "For only $2 you can get the answer to your question from top professionals around the world" or whatever nonsense they put to then on the next page secretly charge $72 non-refundable. So if you're unsure which website to use to get an answer for your question, this is NOT the one. I promise you can find a much better and more honest site to help you.

Justanswer.com takes advantage of the elderly. My 83 year old father was having issues with his home phone, he thought justanswer was affiliated with Bell Canada and they were going to support him in finding answers. He knew the service call would cost him money, but he was unaware and did not authorize the charge for a membership. An email has been sent to just answer, and they are trying to justify the fee that he was never told of. Shame on them. They also did not solve his issue with his home phone.

I was advised I would be charged $2 CAD to ask my question. The answer to my question was something I had already researched. I was charged a $95 membership fee on top of that. I spent almost an hour trying to get a refund. A Canadian CC was used and was charged a total of $97 CAD. They refunded $67.02 CAD and $1.42 CAD (I have email confirmation). Irene in Customer Support insisted that I call my bank to get it rectified. What is my bank going to do when they did not refund the amounts correctly? When I requested a supervisor, she advised that she was disconnecting the chat. I will be filing a BBB complaint and a fraud and/or dispute with my CC. Deplorable company. Stay away!

I requested an answer a few months back. Excellent response from the professional. However, Customer service is some outsourced garbage. I noticed reoccurring charges to my bank account from just answer. Using their online chat I wanted to end the charges. This was the professional customer service behavior:

BE AWARE, this site will automatically sign you up for reoccurring charges. They will also tell you to take your pet to the local vet. They can not prescribe any medications, and the pricing quoted was not what I was charged. They did refund month 2 and cancel the membership after a phone call. I used my discover to pay and will not be posting a picture..

The main page stated I would be charged $2 for my question and they charged me $75. The so called "doctor " apologized and told me it must be a mistake and insisted me to open a link related to my issue (which I never opened) I asked immediately for a refund to customer service. And they told me that the charges were for opening such link. They give a number you can call but if you do so they'll charge you another $75.
It should be somehow punished by law this kind of frauds, but since it's not possible, scammers will find any way to get into your bank account, even if it means playing with people's health.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
