Not shocked that only 1.2% of the reviews were positive. My comments are similar to others on here - they tell you it's $5 but then you immediately get charged an additional $35, which is recurring! This is the very definition of hidden fees, as there is no agreement action from the customer needed before they start charging you these recurring fees. I told their customer service about this, and they simply told me it was non-refundable. No integrity

It's a website making money from people who are just trying to get answers. Wanted to inquire about an old England tea pot.The "representative" immediately directs you to the form/payment area. It's one thing to have a flat rate for a ONE TIME question but they run that card monthly with no way to stop except cancelling your card/stopping payments from your credit card supplier's end.
I DID NOT fill out the form BUT what i am experiencing now is "Just Answer Antiques" automatically attaches to my internet tabs... every time I click onto the internet. An additional window POPS up to their website and there's no way to remove. REVIEW VIDEO BELOW TO SEE HOW TAB HAS NO "X" BUTTON.
When first landing on their website, you have no choice but to be bombarded with their "pop up chat" pressing you to fill out the form to get advice from one of their appraisers. Why do they put $1? Because they know most people will see that and click!
GREED WILL NOT ALWAYS WIN! THEIR TIME IS COMING!

This company is a joke. I requested a membership cancellation and refund and got nothing but a big runaround. I would suggest not to use this website if you don't want to loose money out of your bank account. It said it was $1.00 and they charged my account $46.00 resulting in a $15.00 overdraft fee. I am very angry over this.

Was told $5, was sent a link to fill out form which I did.asked 1 question and I figured I cancel this service after. SURPRISE I was charged $69 and was told I signed up for a memebrship. I spoke to two reps and explained to them that I did not sign up nor did I want a memebership and they insisted because I asked a question that's why I was charged, I told them so to ask a question costed me $69. I asked for a refund and they said no. I truly wish I read the reviews before signing up with these scammers. They should state from the beginning that signing up for anything is a subscription and not just $5

I asked for help for tech problem.while I was happy with the problem solving they charged me for a years subscription with out my permission.when I called to cancel they said they would refund my monet but months later they have not... watch your credit card closely with this business.

Had a simple question, just 1 question. Thought I was paying 2 dollars but was charged 71 dollars on top of the 2 dollars. Contacted them right away, was given the run around, was told I would get refunded, canceled everything.
But they never did what they said, never got the refund, never asked my question, total rip off.

I just wanted answers for something that could have been major still not sure what it was (I always had an idea it was a UTI) but just wanted to put my anxiety at ease. WELL Dr Scott Nimmo was the vet I spoke with about the possibility of what was wrong and yes that calmed me down. BUT Dr. Scott Nimmo has not been practicing any type of vet medicine of any activity according to RCVS, which he is making sure he is registered on so people can see he is not practicing any type of vet medicine. I sent them messages and screen shots of my messages saying I had proof and would take lawful action but also locked my card so they would not be able to use it further. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING. CALL YOUR VET THEY WILL TELL YOU IF ITS AN EMERGENCY TO COME IN OR NOT. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. I PRAY EVERYONE READS THIS REVIEW!

The worst online site to scam you.
They say they provide you with the doctor's note and then charge you for it and all of a sudden they scam you.
Stay away from this!
Customer care is also of no use.

I gladly paid $2 sign up fee then realized later that i had an additional $79 charge on my credit card. They would not refund it although my subscription is now cancelled they say. Will definitely keep an eye on that. The bombard you with messages and I tried to cancel the text exchange so as not to incur charges above and beyond the $2 but clearly was not successful - they already had my card number for the sign-up fee. I feel their approach is unethical.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT USE
Used this service to try and assist with a technical query i had. I was told I was going to be charged a$1 but instead I got an immediate charge of a $59 membership. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. When tried to contact them they claimed I was not answering them and cut their chat page. BEWARE!

I had an appliance issue and didn't get help to fix it. I ended up having to pay for this service and had to call in a service provider to fix my issue. Then I got charged monthly for 3 months which I didn't read closely enough to realize it would be a recurring charge.

Such a scam company. I clicked on the link google had and it immediately took me into a chat room where the person said I would be charged $2 for the question. Fine no problem, and then I got charged an additional $66.
When I tried to talk to someone they sent me to their supervisor Gareth who closed the chat when I asked why I wasn't informed about the additional charge prior and that it was only the $2 charge was disclosed.

I didn't understand that I signed up for something that just kept on going. I don't even have an account showing on my phone. No information at all. How do I get out of something that I didn't even know I was enrolled in, without any membership information? Have tried to cancel many times which seems to be a mission regardless of success rate in doing so, my success rate when trying to simply cancel is 0/3. I cancelled due to financial stressors, but am 1000x more stressed seeing this reoccurring charges that I'm not sure when will stop. Talked to a representative and he definitely thought I was scheming, even though the only gain is a refund for an untouched account that I didn't know was active. My RocketMoney app says to prepare for the next one, so $#*!. I would think this is very alarming for a service provider, especially one that takes care of lives, however, I am under the impression they care for profit atkleast 2x as much as the wellbeing of their customers. Would not recommend this site to anyone, simply to just avoid being blindly charged.

Roku customer sent me to them. They said for 1 dollar, they could help me they took 46 dollars plus the 1 dollar. They wanted me to pay 26 dollars I declined. They won't put my money on my card. People beware.

Hi used just answer to ask a question about my dog to a vet and the vet told me to take my dog to a vet clinic, which basically was a non-answer. That didn't tell me anything that was helpful. Furthermore, I just found out they've been charging my PayPal account $35 per month every month for the last four months and refused to give me a refund. Obviously I canceled it but I would be very wary of using this service.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
