Don not waste your time or money. I had two different technicians help me with a dvr reset and the help I received was in the level of a six year old. I would never recommend using them.

I had a question about my divorce case I did not have a lawyer at the time, it said 5 $ trial and you get one question. I put the information in and it charged me 65$ five for the trial and another 60 for a membership I did not want. When I asked the question how I could push my divorce through when there has been no decisions made in court the lawyer took forever to answer and answered with how I could repeal decisions made in court. So absolutely nothing useful. I tried to explain that was not what I needed and still nothing helpful I asked for a refund because all I even wanted was a trial one question. Needless to say they would not give me a refund and I got nothing and paid 65$ and had to unsubscribe to avoid further charges. I feel like this is a major scam, hopefully someone takes them to court for thievery

This morning I was looking for Honda place to help assist me with a Honda question. I went to google and found JustAnswer. Before I know what was going on. When I had typed in my question. The screen switched for my credit care information. I put the information in. The next think I know the charges when to hitting my credit card. The had charged my card $5.00, For my question I think? I thought it was for my question I place in. I sure was wrong about that. Next thing I know my credit card had $39.00 charge on my card, ask I moved in the question came up would you like to talk to someone. OH wow, $24.20 hit my card. I tried to stop that change with Just Ask there was not way to stop that charge. I tried everyway there is to get the stop the charges and get a refund.

When they can not assist you by answering your question or direct you to who can they charge your credit card. They sure can email you about why they justified charging you even though the " expert " be leery here. Any company hiring them as a subcontractor should think twice.

My wife unknowingly "joined" this rip off by getting a useless answer. $150 later, we canceled this "membership" that we never wanted. How do these people sleep at night? It is not clear that you are joining a club for $30 a month. WHO IN THIS WORLD NEEDS HELP WITH APPLIANCE REPAIRS EVERY MONTH? This is total scam. Social Security only goes so far, and they took food off our table. What a disgusting existence these people live. God's word says you reap what you sow. Their consciences are are burdened obviously, for stealing unsuspecting peoples money.

The chat bot "Pearl" invited me to ask my question to a lawyer and stated that it would be a $2 fee, fully refundable. Gave me a link, and I signed up. She made no mention of an immediate monthly fee. I was charged $66 and the company refuses to refund me, citing some small print. I don't respect businesses that mislead customers then refuse to make it right.

The explanation about payment was very confusing. All I remember was seeing one dollar and certainly not that I was signing up for a long-term or even limited relationship. Trying to get the payment reversed seems to be impossible. I've seen a lot of ways in my 83 years to rip people off, and this was the worst I have ever encountered.

I actually didn't realize that I completed a membership until I saw a charge on my Visa even though I never used the service. Thought I was in for a fight but the customer service representative was very understanding and is crediting my account. Thanks
If you follow their advertisement it says $5 or sometimes its $1 for the service, but they don't tell you they automatically charge you for a full month of services at $69.00 which was not stated at purchase or on the front page. They say to cancel at any time but that still means you are fully charged. They would not give me a refund for the portion of the charge I did not agree to. I agreed to pay $5 for a 2-minute phone call, not $69. Shady if you ask me. They also write their own reviews on a lot of websites as they are the exact same review over and over. Not worth it if you are looking for real answers with out shady marketing.

Contacted vet service for my cat the vet suggested phone call. When phone call came it was for a review of service I didn't get. I could not reconnect with vet and was billed for $92.68 for nothing. Do not get scammed.

When I called to ask about a hack on my laptop, I understood I would pay a fee. I can't remember exactly how much that call was going to cost, but at no time did I agree to a $55 monthly membership fee. The customer service line person just told me when I gave them my credit card info I agreed to the terms and conditions. There was no email or document sent in the mail to agree to or refuse this service. Like any normal person I assumed that I had paid for the phone call help and I was done. After having been through huge personal challenges the past several months, I finally sat down to review my Amex charges. Come to find out Just Answer has been billing me $55 a month since my phone call last October. If you're going to use their service just know that the person helping you is supposedly advising you of this policy. I certainly did not understand that and would never in a million years have agreed to it.

I Paid handsomely for an in depth answer to a serious legal question. The person seemed very sure of the legal advice to me, advice that never seemed right or sat well with me. They told me I had no case.I ended up talking to 3 different respectable lawyers in the area and all of them told me I have more than enough to move forward with a lawsuit pertaining to the legal question. This site charged me 70$ for misleading, unfounded answers. If you have legal questions, contact a lawyer in your area. You're probably wasting your time on this website, I'm livid. Thankfully I got my money refunded.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
