I am beyond pissed off, Just Answer has done nothing for me at all and there is a $55 dollar charge for a couple of chat text and a $39 charge for a question on how to ping and locate my wife's phone, with no answer.

Having a dispute with my landlord, threatened to sue me. I've never been sued so I could barely sleep. It was 11:45 pm and I was online desperately trying to find out Florida tenant/landlord laws. The chevy expert that helped me was fantastic. He gave me some ideas to try and narrow down the problem.
After narrowing the problem to a security problem I replaced the key switch and it solved the problem.
I had a problem with Microsoft software on my computer. I pad my money and never received any support. I contacted Just Answer to cancell my subscription which they never did. I later noticed that for three months they took $180 off my credit card and would not return my money. $180 + dollars lost for their incompetence.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
