I got connected by accident. I thought I was on a different company website. But these people were just as nice as anyone could be. They helped get me straightened out in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend this company.

Do not deal with these people. I was supposed to be charged 5.00 on my credit card which was refundable. They charged me 46.00. I didn't get to speak to anyone. Refund me now! I am disputing the charge

The chevy expert that helped me was fantastic. He gave me some ideas to try and narrow down the problem.
After narrowing the problem to a security problem I replaced the key switch and it solved the problem.

I had a problem with Microsoft software on my computer. I pad my money and never received any support. I contacted Just Answer to cancell my subscription which they never did. I later noticed that for three months they took $180 off my credit card and would not return my money. $180 + dollars lost for their incompetence.

They did not answer my question correctly. I finally figured it out by myself. I thought I was paying $1 and they charged me $27.15. I don't want to subscribe.

I have used Justanswer for more than a decade to assist w car repairs, sick pets, and appliance repairs of all kinds. I don't always like the advice but would say its about 95% accurate and saves me a TON of time and money.

Mike could not have been more helpful. Quick response. Went above and beyond by sending me a Repair Clinic video that describes how to perform repair.

Very good and quick answer. Don't like subscription that requires cancellation. Happy to pay 1 time only fee. May never have another use for the service.

This company wants $55 just to give me a copy of 2023's tax return. What a scam this business is I'm not going to pay it just a big scam.
