I thought expert will help me reset the device. Next: Questions were asked about my health, not helping with a toothbrush.

I explained the situation and she took advantage of it. How cruel! I was directed to a doctor for advice. No communication from the doctor side.

Googled a problem I had, and JustAnswer popped up. Asked a question and also asked how does this work and what will it cost? Réponse was to pay $1 refundable and screen popped up to do that. Did it. Then I saw my card had been charged also $35. Immediately said cancel, no response. Cancelled on site. Wrote again and told I get no refund! I had no interaction with any professionals at all. Was a so-called member against my will for about five minutes

Be careful with this site! They say they are only going to charge you $5 but then charge you $35. I would not have gone through with it if I ha known they were going to charge me $35. The page that it sent me to regarding pricing aid that it was only going to charge me $5. I called customer service which was difficult to find the number and they refused to refund me. Furthermore when I did finally talk to someone about my pet they gave me basic answers that I already knew. They weren't helpful at all. They were professional but did not help with my concerns in any way. It's super frustrating. Just be careful.

I was aware of the $2 join fee, not the immediate $66 membership fee. As soon as I realized they had charged me $70 for signing up, I immediately emailed their customer service team and asked them to cancel my membership and refund me. They refused to refund me. I had the account for less than a day. I explained that I'm an 18 year old student and can't afford that and literally will not be able to eat this week unless I get that money back, and they still refused. TERRIBLE customer service please don't give your money to these scammers

They will say "only X dollars for a question" then will charge you for a membership that is 10 TIMES MORE! Happened to a lot of people online, it is a sneaky method to take peoples money, from a so called website designed to help people!

Hi I would like to state that I used their service not too long ago and was charged for my questions which I paid for by debit card however since that time they are constantly trying to debit my card and I am always alerted by the bank. Good day everyone, This site signs you up for a membership. So be careful if you are looking for one answer only as they will continue to charge you regardless month after month. Try to get an answer from their customer service and you only get copy-and-paste responses.

Accessed this scam thinking I would be connected to a vet to get advice and treatment for my elderly Siamese cat and avoid traumatizing her with a 40 mile drive to town.
Was told my card would be charged $5. Then nailed my card for over $40.
To add insult to injury, a "vet" texted me claiming 20 years experience but then said "I am legally unable to prescibe medications".
Avoid the scam. Warn your friends.

Check the screenshot and see for yourself. They tell you they are charging $5 to ask a question and then charge you $65. A robot collects all of your information and then - you wait. When someone responds, they first try to charge you an additional $60 to connect by phone, indicating that it is better to connect via phone to ensure you're made aware of additional legal information that you may not know is important. If you say no, you receive a text like the one in the pic saying, "We do not represent clients on this site. I cannot represent you, give you legal advice, or answer any specific legal questions. I can only give you general answers to legal questions. There is only one question per chat. Is that clear?"
This service is a scam. You can get the same information (answers to general questions) by using FREE search engines.

I would like an immediate refund. I was informed that I could have my legal question, the ONE question I wanted to ask, answered for R15 as soon as I fill out the payment form.
I NEVER wanted to join your site! The moment I filled out the form you deducted R15 PLUS R781 from my account! I IMMEDIATELY canceled my "membership" with you, without ever asking my legal question.
What you took is my food money for the rest of this month! I NEVER agreed to paying R781. I was told that it was going to be R15 and that all I had to do was fill out the banking form!

My granddaughter used this site without my knowledge of their restrictions. I did not know there would be a monthly charge assessed after so many days. Her emotional support dog was dying she thought. She was very upset. Today evidently was their day to assess $29 fee that I was not aware of. I had $.98 in my bank acct until my social security check comes in June 21st. I saw at 5:00 am this morning that I had been charged $29. I immediately called and cancelled the membership and called to ask for a refund because it was showing pending ln my acct since it had just gone thru my bank. I do not have charge cards and no savings. I have no money. The customer service was very rude and determined to not refund my acct. She said she knew she could refund the money but refused to. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said I would get the same answer. I insisted on speaking with the supervisor myself. She put me on hold and told me she had forwarned the supv of my request and that I would receive a call back sometime from the supv but the answer would be the same as hers.
My husband has cancer and Copd. He is 79 and I struggle to pay for his meds. We are having financial difficulties with this plus cost of everything getting higher just to have food and keep electricity on for him to have oxygen 24 hours a day.
This company has no heart, no compassion in todays world, they only care to make money off you. I would never suggest anyone use their services ever. This company does not care about you.

My question was very specific regarding the location of a vacuum line on my Mercedes. I provided very detailed information, including pictures. The mechanic assigned to answer the question was not experienced or familiar with Mercedes. He provided documentation for the vacuum system but for a complete difference Mercedes engine. After a day, he opted out, and a new mechanic contacted me. This mechanic was also not experienced or familiar with Mercedes. After wasting another few hours with this mechanic, I called it quits and moved on.

This website has scammed, scammed me for £105. As my initial phone call was for £1 (that was the only contact) when I gave them my bank details to charge my account. Since then I have been billed £35 for the last 3 months up to May 2023 and only found this out checking my last statement. If I had not seen this I could have lost a lot more money. Why did I not receive an email or notification of my payment each month? As a retired person and in the current financial situation I am trying to keep my costs down. On phoning to understand why this happened and to get a refund I got a negative response and then an actual email saying sorry that I am closing my account. (Ha.Ha.what a laugh). I contacted justanswer.com paid the one time question fee now they charged me a $59 fee for a membership that I did not want they refused to refund the membership fee. Therefore I'm out $59 and I still didn't get the legal help I needed.

I went to Bugera amps to find out is they had a part available. Bugera sent me to Bugera/just answers for a tech answer. Was told it would be a $1.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I went to pay they tried to charge me $56.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I wanted to go back to the on line assistant to find out why I was blocked from doing so. I will not pay anyone $56.00 for a simple yes or no answer to do you have a part. Screw you Just Answers! No one should ever use these jerks.
Shame on Bugera for using them for parts availability questions.
I have a sick dog and didn't want to drive hours for a vet. Signed up, had a vet chatting with me within minutes through their app. It cost me $5 plus $35 for the monthly, so $40 total, which is a steal compared to a vet visit. Pinpointed the exact problem and told me where to go buy the stuff needed to help her. Perfect use of good technology. A+.
They advertise $5 for a question of course they get your credit card and suddenly there is a $59 charge and a membership. I never saw anything on a membership or I would have skipped it from the start. The person that responded couldn't answer anything regarding Texas law. He just gave a vague federal consumer law. In the meantime I found what I needed from Texas law and was able to renegotiate my car purchase. I don't believe they can do more than give vague answers because they have to be licensed in the state. Which means it is a con. He would have known because I had not given the dealership my down payment even though the paperwork had been signed, the contract was not complete and I could unwind the sale. Which is what I said I would do if they didn't adjust the trade in to what I had said I wanted to start with.
I couldn't get my $59 back from them either. They will go to any length to scam your money. I disputed the transaction and they apparently fought it and got the original $5 plus the $54 for the worthless crap answer I got. Lesson learned.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
