The Vet (Dr Debby) called me and walked me through what I needed to do after my puppy ate chocolate brownies on a Friday night. Our city has no urgent care for animals. She was understanding, kind, and supportive. I was able to take care of my dog and he was fine.
I could not empty my system in 6 days, his advise helped.
The support person was extremely polite, patient and tried to help. Nothing was improved or resolved. It was clear that the person did not know the answer. This is a terrible service and ridiculously expensive. In addition to it not being helpful, the consumer is lured into getting help with an offer that makes it appear that it will cost $1 per call. However, once the consumer has clicked yes, and only then, does the message appear that the consumer will actually be charged $55 per month. I was not able to go back and get the support for $1 per call. There is so much legal language involved, that it's very confusing. I would definitely not recommend this service.

With minium info I gave to Frank he was able to give several possibilitys that could be happening.
As i check for power to the MAF sensor I found the voltage from the breaker box was at 4v. It turned out to be a faulty breaker box? It was a fault that would have taken even a trained serves tech hours locate with hands on.
I contacted Just Answer and paid a fee for advice regarding my dog. I never got an answer. I will be disputing the charge to my credit card. Don't waste your money. Totally disappointing.

I think ou may jsust running a scam. Bank rejected my card for no good reason. Went from one chat to a second chat and then a phone call but the caller couldn't call me although the number was correct. Altogether just a run around to collect $339 and do nothing. Goodbye.

This was my first experience with Just Answer, and it was excellent. I had a fairly complicated legal question, and Jim got back to me very quickly with an answer. Thanks!
New tires and sensors in September no problems.then TPMS fail light came on in February...Belle tire replaced one sensor and problem resolved we thought. Then it came on again and Belle tire determined other 3 sensors were bad. Replaced them and problem went away for a day or two. Then the TPMS light came on again.
My TPMS warning light stayed on...then it went off. Then it went on...now it is off. Blake from just answer told me what options I had...Honda Diagnostic scanner was the main option. Now that the TPMS is working and showing all tire pressures I'll hold off on that idea. The actual sensors are either good or bad and the TPMS control unit does not cause them to fail. Also learned there is no separate fuse. Blake gave good advice and increased my knowledge of the TPMS sysyem.
He was very knowledgeable and made some helpful Suggestions. A lot of helpful information in regard to how could resolve the issue back up with valuable contact information.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
