Requested a phone call - 10 minutes later a CHAT BOX opener from Matthew. Responded to his question with a detailed reply. 25 minutes later no replies from him. Again, i requested a phone call. Waited an additional 10 minutes in the CHAT BOX and then signed out.
I will be asking for a refund if I do not receive a phone call from a qualified technician soon.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me to let me know they would refund the $30.00 fee I was charged. I greatly appreciate that! Thank you so much.
The tech was very helpful and we were able to get the app downloaded. However, I did NOT know I was going to be charged $30.00 for the service. I was told by what I assume was an AI bot that the charge would be a fully refundable $5.00. Nowhere did I see anything about a $30.00 charge. I thought I was speaking to someone at Samsung help, but I guess I wasn't. I'm glad we got our problem fixed and the tech was very nice and patient, but you all need to be more upfront about the cost.

I've never been on this site, yet they got a hold of my card number. I thank my bank for noticing and stopping JustAnswer.com's transactions, and bringing my attention to their attempt to charge me $65US ($88Cdn) 4 times yesterday. This site is such a scam 😡 😡 😡! I could have been out more than $350Cdn if my bank hadn't been so vigilant.

This website signs you up for a subscription at $60. Per month after your original $10. Question you asked. You then look at your credit card bill and they continue to charge you monthly. You have to get in touch with them and cancel your subscription that you never really knew you had unless you read all the fine print associated with the website. I asked one question and was given a BS answer. So I say I wasted $10, not keep billing me for 2 months at $60. Per month. Asking for a refund of the entire $120. Now the time I have had to spend dealing with this scam.

The attorney I worked with was quick to respond, compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable.
I had a problem when i was looking for help with my computer so i signed up with just answer totaly my fault for not reading everything so i ended up with a subscription i did not want but when i called up to cancel and ask for a refund i was told i could cancel but i could not get a refund i was upset when i explained my circumstances he agreed to a refund he was very professional i am pleased by the way they understood and handeled it the right way

My fridge was not making ice inside the ice maker box - it was making ice down the side walls of my freezer and the floor! Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
