I recently had a very disappointing experience with JustAnswer.com, which has compelled me to share my story to warn potential customers. Without my consent or any prior subscription, I found myself charged with membership fees by JustAnswer. This came as a shock to me since I had never agreed to any such membership or recurring charges.
Upon discovering these unauthorized charges, I immediately reached out to JustAnswer's customer service, hoping for a quick resolution and a refund. Unfortunately, my experience only worsened from there. Despite my clear explanation and request for a refund for charges I never subscribed to, JustAnswer refused to refund the money. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to help left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.
Left with no other choice, I had to escalate the issue by sending chargebacks through my credit card company to dispute the charges. This process was not only time-consuming but also unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if JustAnswer had acted responsibly and ethically from the beginning.
It's disheartening to encounter such deceptive practices from a company that you'd expect to provide reliable and honest services. I strongly advise anyone considering using JustAnswer to be wary of their billing practices and to think twice before providing any payment information. Loading Just answer was tough but once in the tax person answered my questions to my satisfaction
I had a question about my JD 4100 Tractor! So for $5.00 sign up,, I asked and within a hr. Got an answer from a certified professional mechanic! So instead of loading the tractor, pulling it to a service mechanic,, paying the minimum $125.00 fee, I fixed it in about a hour! For $5.00! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I understood I would be charged!.00 to ask a question, that's fair. Then I checked my account and saw I was charged 1.00 on one charge and 55.00 the very same day. That is just wrong! I called and ask to cancel and refund my 55.00. The woman, who I had a very hard time understanding, said there was no way she could refund my money. I ask to speak to her supervisor and she said he was busy talking to someone else. She stated there is nothing you can do you will not get a refund. Like I said get off this site, they don't want to help its a money grab.

Mechanic I spoke with gave me valuable info on what could be wrong with my truck.
He took his time and sent a diagram of the suspect part, because it can be so hard to diagnose I. Think he did me right on.
Max stuck with me all the way and he was right on the money with his suggestions.
I will use Max again for sure.

I got an assistant on the first call placed, then put on hold for long time before a picture of a lawyer appeared. More money was requested before that supposed real person would completely answer my question. A waste of money and time in my opinion.

It was a great experience! My question was answered quickly and correctly.
It was a very friendly conversation, took time with me to explain the problems, im waiting today for tail light assembly, the only thing that couldn't be explained, was a 1second buzzing sound every time I touched the door handle, but it sounded only after I waited 10 seconds to do it again, It's been happening for months… I don't know what's wrong, but the conversation was a 💯Matt was Great 👍

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
