Old condo

Our old neighbors from when we lived in Florida are claiming water and mold damage was supposedly caused by our hurricane shutters. Trying to get the new owner to pay. Lori was great and very clear on the law. Really put our kind at ease.

I was in a panic about a legal problem that came as a complete surprise. The Just Answer solicitor gave me good advice on how to proceed, which probably saved me a few hundred pounds and hopefully some time, too.

Every concern I raised was addressed and explained and elaborated on to an extent that I was able to act in composed manner and did not do anything that would potentially lead to more serious consequences. Ads said pay $1. But when you sign up they charge you $46 a month. Ad also said refund $1 (did not happen). This is false advertising.

When I went on your site it said the cost was $5.00 totally refundable, and then I was charged $55.00 out of my account. This was very disappointing to me.

Subscription tangle

I had been trying for months to cancel an online subscription. I was hooked by a low rate for a month and then I could cancel at any time. I could never find out what I had signed up for or the place to cancel. The Just Answer tech told me where to go and what to do. Wa La! It worked! Thank you Just Answer tech!

Reached out, and was lucky enough to get Allen as my Nissan Master mechanic. I will admit he had never heard that noise before and thankfully I had it on video. It's not a noise that I was able to duplicate on demand. Together on the phone, Allen walked me through a few exercises so that we could try to replicate the noise and pinpoint where it was coming from. Although we were unable to figure out what the noise was, he gave me some great ideas to take to my Nissan dealer. Allen did not give up on me and spent a good part of the day trying to figure out what my issue was. Not only did Allen do his best to troubleshoot my issue, but also helped me figure out how to upload my video to YouTube so that he could access the video with a squeak. I am not tech savvy!😞 I'm so appreciative of him giving me some really good ideas to take back to my Nissan dealer. Allen really went above and beyond and I am very appreciative.
