All that is missing is $$$$$$$$$ after each one, I cancelled and requested a refund (only been a Member for 3 days). The online person didn't want to hear a word I said, no response other than some legal page when I put my card info in, which I didn't use. When I asked for a sup - she checked and 'they are in a meeting" not sure maybe they have 10pm meetings for the night staff. Seemed like a cop out.
Too Bad becausetThe woman that did help answer my questions - was GREAT. But not worth $25 everytime I want a chat answer.
If you have a question a month or so, and want to be $35 plus monthly. Maybe be worth it to you, otherwise I say find it online or somewhere else. Could get very $$ Good luck

The SECOND mechanic I talked to sent me a schematic to help troubleshoot. He noticed a second relay and suggested to replace both relays, the same kind. I did andbit worked. The engine started and is now back on the road.
No one seemed to understand my problem. Kept getting transferred to a different "tech" who never connected to chat. Requested my $39 charge for nothing be canceled.

I thought I only had to pay $5.00 to have a doctor answer a question re my cat but was charged $39. I thought you would charge $39.00 if I wanted to join the membership if was was pleased with the first answer.but was told it was nonrefundable and I supposedly joined by asking the question. It was a misnderstanding and I called again after 2 agents would not let me speak to a supervisor but the third call was answered by a nice gentleman who understood my misunderstanding and gave me a credit for which I am very grateful.I am retried with limited income and thought this was a cheap way to get an answer about my cat rolling in the dirty litterbox. To get the first question for $5.00. Dr Bynum was very polite and gave me a suggestion. Thank you very much for the refund.and I will let others know that you seem to be a legitimate, honest and kind company if they want to join such a membership.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
