They advertise $1 to join and cancel any time. Then they let you ask a question. Just asking triggers a $49 charge. I cancelled immediately but they refused to refund me. What a scam.
UPDATE: After posting my complaints, the company refunded my purchase. I am satisfied.
I don't think I ever heard from anyone but not sure. Gave them two numbers to call. Still don't know if I just didn't understand how the service works. Can't talk to anyone except bots that are no help. Bot keeps asking if I want second opinion when I never hit first opinion! Was finally contacted by service rep who refunded the charge. Did eventually hear from someone when I posted a bad review. They did say they would refund my money.

I was helping a friend in Feb 24 with a computer issue, I. Found out that there was a charge from my bank acct when I was charged $46.00. I cancelled the membership right away. I disputed this with my bank because I was never told about the fee.
I am now being charged $40.00 in March, when I emailed the company…….i was told that they know nothing about the charge…….then I get an email from the VP of client relations, he stated that I should see the credit of the $40.00 back in few days……it has been 10 days and NO credit.
EVERYTIME I try and get an answer from email, I get a different response from a different person. I have 20 different responses and still no credit.
I need this money, I am not working now and every dime counts.

Unsure if this was a legitimate website as there's so many scams around and I'm not one to use the internet for these matters
Quick response; clear instructions about what action to take and my rights in the situation.
I had a question about the timeframe of giving notice to my landlord and the attorney was very courteous and professional. She answered the specific question that I had for my state.
I originally told just answer I had already spent many many hours trying to fix my Facebook page that got hacked. The man that attempted to help me merely did the same steps I already had done prior to calling. I was charged $46 from my credit card. I didn't get my problem fixed it was just a complete waist of time. Where was I told of this charge? I only saw a charge for $1.00. I didn't get my issue fixed and certainly should not be charged $36. I want a refund

Great Experience and very thorough. They were patient and answered all of my questions in detail. I knew exactly what to do.
Gentleman was very kind and knew exactly what to do to fix the issue
I researched and scoured the internet for two days trying to figure out my wiring problem. I tried to order a couple of manuals from an online vendor that attempted a fraudulent transaction on my credit card. Had to make a trip to the bank to get a new card and was at a loss on how to figure this out. I decided to try JustAnswer since it kept popping up in my searches where other people got assistance with similar problems. Within two hours of sending an e-mail explaining my problem, Mike sent me the exact information I needed.
Very knowledgeable of computers and took care of of a hacker trying to break into my computer. Thank you.

I went to a hulu site and some how got redirected to this site and they want to charge me $55.00 plus a dollar to reset it drop out now they are ripping you off

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
