So my iphone 11 just seemed to stop lettiing me turn on the Hot Spot. Since I use my phone at work to access resources for my patients it has been a difficult week. Blue tooth and Wi Fi were working but that did not help with google searches. So I was trying not to panic or over react but it was really bothering me. So I went to Best Buy to see if I could get an appointment since I have geek squad tech coverage and the site directed me to JustAnswer. I thought well my not! I connected with Terry from Just Answer on the phone. You have an option to "talk" on the computer, but I prefer talking in person to the technician. The GE Profile Dishwasher was making a funny sound and the lights on the panel were out. The noise continued even when you closed the door...there was no way to turn the dishwasher off. Terry had us try many different things and was very patient and talked us through it all. He definitely was educated on dishwashers and how they worked.The censor that turns off the draining of water was stuck and therefore, I need to call a repairman. I was very impressed with the service I got from Just Answer!..
The lawyer was great, but as a company I think you're ripoff artists. I was charged $59 WITHOUT BEING TOLD UP FRONT THAT IT WOULD COST ANYTHING. The little tag on the upper left hand corner of your logo SAYS THE WORD FREE ON IT! My husband and I got in a fight over it. Plus, our only income is social security. Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
