Mike was very prompt in replying to my request for help. In fact, when he called, I was on an unexpected incoming call, and I asked Mike to call again in 15 minutes. He graciously waited and called back right on time. He was very professional and provided excellent advice. I will definitely request him the next time I need help with my plumbing.

I have been on the phone and online all day trying to get the answer to this one simple question. And now I have it within 10 minutes
First contact, on chat, knowledgeable, polite did her job well. Sent me directly to a CPA that I could continue my chat. Chat did not answer all my questions. The first lady I spoke with got back on chat and we discussed what was needed and she transferred me to another CPA that I continued chat with. The second CPA answered my questions and gave me details for the automated system and a number to call directly to the department I needed to speak with. The identity theft department personnel I spoke was knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to know to get my tax form completed.
I was able to ask my question, send photos and contract and get my answer with what to do in a short amount of time. I will try to follow up with what happens with my complex. Legal Eagle was very helpful and quick.
I needed help on a Licensing Agreement and was given great advice by Howard. He also advised me on how to structure my business.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
