I spoke to two vets online. That was very fast and convenient. The phone chat request expired, unfortunately. Both were very polite and professional. They helped me as much as they could. However, they could not prescribe anything because I am in Canada. The pet product site associated to my account also dies not deliver to Canada. This greatly limits the efficiency and usefulness of the service. I would kindly suggest exploring the feasibility of extending to Canadian professionals and services. I was also unable to provide feedback on the "Help and Feedback" tab of my app. It requested I open an account for that. I have an open, paid for account.
It is very misleading. I asked questions before entering in credit card details as they hooked me in for a $2 fee to sign up fee then send me an email detailing that there is an additional $86 fee. They will not refund you and their service agents when you chat with them fob you off and abruptly shut down the conversation. When the experts respond to you, they get you to send photos then ask you for more money with the option for a phone call. You cannot answer with a No, so you have to close down the conversation. Such a rort.

My 2.5 year old 14 lb daushund yorkie mix was suddenly acting like she was in severe pain but had no obvious injuries. The vet was very reassuring and helped rule out an urgent need for attention.
