I am so grateful for my technician's help. He was so incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. This problem was not something that I would have ever figured out and I thank you for the help. This is definitely going to be the "place" that I go to with all future computer questions, etc. AND will always recommend to others.

I am a disabled veteran that has been erroneously charged property taxes on my residence in Texas. The servicer increased the mortgage payment by opening an escrow, paying a bill that was sent in error, and has attempted to force me to pay the increased payment with the tax payment they made, divided into 12 equal installments. When I kept paying my regularly schedule payment amount for principal, interest and the insurance escrow - they cashed the payment but did not credit the mortgage. In turn, they claimed a default for unpaid amounts.

I so appreciated the input and help when my pup was struggling. I felt like he cared for my dog personally and told me to give him a hug for him! So kind and thoughtful and helpful. Calvin tried every way possible to get my wi-fi going. Finally, we agreed to connect with Ethernet cable. I tried again, doing exactly what we had done and it worked. I have the wireless set up on my printer. Now I just have to buy a newer laptop. It's so old I can't even get the HP app. Another day!

I was a little leery of an online help line that required a credit card and a 55 dollar a month fee if not canceled within a month. I received my help quickly, canceled the monthly fee with one stroke which site said I could do. It was easy and seamless. This was a simple solution, and I was totally satisfied.

Concern as puppy bumped head playing Fetch. She was very quiet & stayed on my lap resting. She is still resting and we will observe her closely for a few days to be sure she is okay!
