No sooner did I Google my issue and I got a chat request from Just Answer. After answering a few questions about my issue I was assured that a Yamaha marine expert would be reaching out to me. In less than a minute I was in contact with Quinn who helped me solve my frustrating issue.

Small price to pay compared to an in person consultation. Very helpful in answering questions regarding what rights i have. I would recommend JustAnswer anyone that needs to get some quick legal inquiries answered and learn where you stand legally in a possible court case.

My tech Matt tried to go through a lot of the options for reseting my Hestan dishwasher, but it is a somewhat obscure brand and there is not a lot of information available (bad on me for buying a non-mainstream appliance). While I still have the problem, he determined that my dishwasher was still under warranty and gave me the service number where I'm hoping they can repair it without issue.

This is great if you have questions about almost anything. It's not very in depth, but it's definitely worth it to get you in the direction you need to go.

I was told I had to pay a refundable $5. I was charged $65.!

Called confused, watched to many utube videos. I need a new exh. Manifold, i was told I could NOT use a after market exh. Manifold due to the cat. Would not meet the required specs for the down stream o2 sensor and would cause a check engine light to come on. The just answer mechanic that I spoke to stated that was typical true BUT there are oem after market parts that actually do meet the strict specs. For parts needed. He recommended a magnaflow system. And it's $ 900.00 cheaper then going to subaru.

The agent was friendly and patient in helping me set up my new phone.

I experienced constant clicking on the burners on my KitchenAid stove top, as if I was trying to start a burner which would not light. This occurred while all five burners worked.

My Internet was changed. Could no longer run on my systems purchase a new computer. Then had to re-add Wifi to my printer. Did not know my old password. He helped me get it re-reset and also added my printer to my new laptop. He was quick, and very, very patient.

I was having an issue with bumps behind my head, initially I thought it was AKN but when I contacted Justanswer I was assigned Dr. khan who with the picture I sent was able to give a preliminary diagnosis and suggested a treat, which when applied, the issue is getting better. I just wish the relief from the pain is a bit faster. In all I say thank you Dr. Khan
