We had been searching for the ECT sensor on my BMW for over 2 months. Could never get a specific tutorial or diagram. Thomas talked us thru the whole procedure, including location and stayed in the phone while we made the switch. So grateful for his knowledge and help. Great customer service!

Great experience helping me solve my issues with my vehicle

Dr. Porter was kind and truly loves animals. He was not only helping me with my questions regarding my dog but also helped me during an emotional and scary time. My dog has cardiac challenges but hopefully we can get it under control.

It took about 10-12 hours to get connected to an expert and get a reply but the reply was very helpful and I was able to get what I needed thanks to justanswer. I did not have to wait around either thanks to their app and also email and text notifications letting me know that someone had replied to me. My expert was Christina who was very caring and knowledgeable. She asked questions to better understand my situation and did not leave me hanging. Thanks a lot!
