I had a hard time understanding the rep. We did get the unfreeze done. I do not want to pay $52.00 a month for something I won't use unless absolutely necessary. I thought it was only $1.00 for one time only and now I am charged $52.00 even though I cancelled it the very next morning. Not reasonable.
Our truck had issue that sidelined us in the middle of nowhere in SW- got to speak with Ford mechanic who talked at length with my husband about our problem- he gave us his recommendations and in fact called into nearest Ford dealer and ordered parts we needed- my husband was able to get us there and got that solved

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
