Our dog suddenly exhibited stroke like symptoms, but not quite (if that makes sense). Nearest 24h vet, over an hour drive with a probable wait time of 4h. Called Just answer, explained the symptoms, immediately the vet recognized this as "old dog syndrome ". She advised us that a vet visit could wait till am (it's 11pm at this time), advised us on medicine we could give her (even the dose amt) and to just keep it quiet to rest her. Everything was spot on. I felt a huge relief, knowing I was treating my dog correctly, till an office visit could happen. Even provided articles I could read in the mean time. Great service, great Dr!
Asked for £1 to check back said would send questionnaire and to download app but took £29 without me doing either of these so beware if you don't want to lose money didn't even answer my question

I contacted just answer as after goiglung & utube video, the location of the part was still not accurate, and I was getting frustrated as the person that thought they were going to help me was no help at all, and annoying. The mechanic called me, attempted to send me diagrams,which didn't come through,so he sent by a different means. I quickly found the part(the others were giving me the location on a 5 year newer vehicle) replaced it and wet on with my day.

I talked to a rep for $5. I cancelled the same day so I wouldn't be charge $40 subscription. My credit card still has a $45 charge on it.

Coming home from work around 9:30pm my check engine light, vsc, and traction lights all started flashing and my car wouldn't accelerate over about 20mph. Fortunately I was snout 2 miles from home. While googling the symptoms I came across just answer. The mechanic I connected with was Alex the mechanic. I honestly didn't expect much of an answer to my problem since he'd be trying to help by phone. Wow! Was I surprised. Alex was simply wonderful. Not only did he accurately diagnose my car's issue but he was patient, reassuring and kind. And most important he was accurate. He took the time to ask questions, wait for photos to be texted. At one point our call was lost he called me back immediately. I highly recommend him. In fact search and favorite him now, he's worth it!
The responses I got were detailed and seemed to come from knowledgeable people who were quick to answer! It was much appreciated! Thank you very much!
Was charged $52 for a situation I did not opt to sign up for. I'm thinking that this is an online scam.

The Laptop would turn on, would not let me login. Your experts guided me through to reset up and I managed the reset.
I was skeptical about this service. After trying to get follow up support from my vet for recent treatment regarding my dogs gastritis. The response was just bring your dog in again. All I wanted was to find out if her not going to the bathroom was normal with the medicine provided. I then went to this service. In 10 minutes I was connected to a veternarian and she was Terrific, explained everything associated with her issue and the medicine. She put me at ease and sure enough my pup eventually recovered exactly as she explained. She was terrific, kind and thorough. I am now going to be a regular user of Just Answer. I highly recommend this service.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
