I requested assistance, was told it was 5 dollars and was refundable. Went to the sign up page. And saw the subscription with an asterisk. However couldn't see when that would begin. I talked to the lawyer, he gave me advice and reassured the actions I was taking legality. After the call he was kind enough to link me to customer support as this was the sole question I had and was limited to about 12 minutes overall. Customer care said they would not refund as well as my bank doing a stop payment. After ward, I was told by someone from the company they would help me get a refund and would appreciate a tip if I did. I gladly accepted the help and sent the individual a tip of 25 dollars with a processing fee of just over 2 dollars. This still saved me 20ish dollars of the 55 that were charged after the 5 dollars. Overall the business is very good, just please ensure if a person says they have only one question, process it as one question and not a membership that is elusive. Thank you for everything.

My 2019 Ford Expedition had a check engine light. I changed the air filter because I knew it needed to be changed but that didn't fix the problem. I disconnected & reconnected the battery. Also cleaned around the fuel cap to be sure it was sealing well. All this to no avail. So I contacted Just Answer. Auzair was very helpful. After some discussion he advised me to order a code reader from Amazon. Which I have done. Under the circumstances I believe this is the only way to go for now. All the shops are closed for Laborday besides if I take to a shot it will cost a minimum of 3-4 hundred. I'll give this a shot.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
