Brother printer issue quickly resolved!
September 25, 2024

After installing a new toner cartridge, the printer indicated that it was empty. Tried several remedial steps like ensuring it was properly seated in the drum, no foreign objects interfering with seating, and finally unplugging the printer and plugging it in again to reboot. Nothing worked. Turned to Just Answer and the technician quickly determined that the toner counter needed to be reset! Success!

Limping duck

Dr mike was very good at explaining what meds a duck can have. I did have to look up how to administor a liquid, or a pill. Not an easy thing to do.
