I had a question about my dishwasher's poor performance. I needed a quick answer to find out if it was due to operator error or if I needed it to be serviced. Boom! I got my answer in 5 minutes.
My 1999 Dodge 3500 mini motorhome shut down on a family trip. After having it towed to a shop it was determined that the fuel pump had cratered. After that was fixed the PCM (Power control Module) started throwing a plethora of random codes. I started by unplugging the connectors from the PCM to examine them. The #12 pin in the gray connector had overheated and the pin had actually burned free from the PCM and damaged the connector. That is when I needed to find out there wasn't any damage to the wiring harness. Harris walked me through a diagnostic test and showed that the wiring harness was in good shape. Thanks.
