Frank, coin representative/expert has done well with all of my coins.
I recently had a billing fluctuation and am still confused as to why my monthly rate changed. I'm not doing anything different. I updated my card info and all went haywire.

Made contact with JustAnswer to try and solve an issue with my home theatre system; the initiation process was quick and the Tech made contact within minutes of my request and walked me through a series of steps to help solve the issue. Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the problem but I don't think it was the fault of the Tech, just that the equipment is likely dead.

Problem solving made easy.

Once I paid my 5 dollars I got a phone call within 2 minutes. I was having an issue getting my generator running for hurricane Milton. I explained my situation as best as I could. Told him the make and model number. Martin knew exactly what to do. He told me what tools to grab which bolts to loosen, and what part to remove. In a span of about 10 minutes we had the generator running and purring like a kitten. Martin took the time to explain the faulty relay and the difference between a 3 pole and 4 pole relay. And where to get a replacement. Martin was patient with me through the entire process. 5 stars for Martin.

The technician was excellent

I had a problem with my 10 year old refrigerator. It wasn't cold enough. I told the technician what my symptoms were and after talking back-and-forth he said the compressor is not working properly. He gave me a few suggestions and with that I decided to buy a new one.

At 80, dealing with issues is difficult in so many ways... was charged a subscription fee that I had not enrolled in/or gave consent... my bank and purchasing company (after contacting both) said it was "scam" - then I called the business JustAnswer! Spoke with Sophia "and" she was so kind, listened "and" sent me confirmation of credits to my credit card - $5 fee, $47 membership... I am so thankful that I was connected with Sophia... AND, have called my CC company and the credit has been received! I am so very much pleased! Thanks!

I have a new puppy who ate some grapes and when I looked it up, I found out that they were very poisonous. It was 10 o'clock at night so a local veterinarian was not a very good option. The veterinarian contacted here was an excellent source and walked me through step-by-step how to take care of my puppy and he is fine!
