I was very confused to find charges on my Bank card that i was not familiar with. There was one that happened on April 25 and after talking to my bank there was another charge back on Jan 24 from the same company. After talking to my bank i was lucky to talk to Ms. Sarkar from JustAnswer who walked me through step by step what i needed to do to get a refund for these two charges- and to make sure my Bank cancels any subscription so no further charges will be made- Thanks again for being professional, Kind and so very helpful!
The information I was given was helpful but the phone number given me was completely automated. I was not able to speak to a representative. Also I was told that the Supposedly $5. Charge for using Just Answer turned out to be $55. I want my refund promptly.
I am seriously pouring tears down my face and shaking. I agreed to a $5 talk with a neurologist instead I waited for 51 mins for no neurologist so I went to see if i was still charged 5 dollars INSTEAD I WAS CHARGED $51 and it is now 1:47 in the morning and I can't sleep because this is THE BIGGEST SCAM IVE EVER SEEN! I would never ever agree to $51 to talk to someone who didn't even show up and even if they did I would still be mad. Customer service is refusing to return the money I NEVER AGREED TO! I can't even believe I was this stupid to give them even $5. But I was desperate because my head is pounding with a migraine and again it is almost 2 am all I wanted was something to help my migraine and now my blood pressure and anxiety are through the roof.

I thought it was going to a scam but was amazed. The guru I believe his name was has over 30 years experience. He answered so fast with such great knowledge, was so willing to help, looked over documents for me took my opinions and thoughts into consideration and gave me great advice. Can't thank him enough!

I could not get a clear answer to my problem. I mailed my check via USPS Certified Mail on March 17th. It was still lost (as verified by the USPS tracking number) so I paid on-line. I then contacted the agency behind my check to stop payment on it. My question to IRS is if the check is ever found and IRS attempts to cash it, will the IRS hit me with a fee (which I find on line would be 2% of my $6000 owed). I believe this is not too terribly complex and any competent human being should have been able to answer; however, I never got an answer. I tried multiple times; I spent a frustrating hour and a half on the computer, but to no avail. Very sad that this is what IRS has become--I pay substantial federal taxes and expect better.

Went to four different locations to see if they would be able to check it out. All told me the same thing get a appointment can't do that for free. Wasnt asking for a hand out.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
