Agent referred me to "U break it I fix it". They did not have the ability to perform the service of xfer data or switch interiors as alluded to for Kyocra flip phone with pixelated screen.

I was connected to a family law attorney shortly after asking my question on-line. The attorney who called me was personable, empathetic, and highly informative. After I provided some background on my dissolution agreement, he asked clarifying questions and replied with clear and detailed explanations. He also referenced relevant family codes as I requested. Altogether, his answers has helped me better decide how to proceed with my current negotiations. The JustAnswer service exceeded my expectations!

With the information I received from my experience with my phone veterinarian, I was directed to get specific treatment from my primary veterinarian who expressed the same concerns and now my dog is being treated. I'm grateful, I was able to find out if I needed to go to my vet for only $5 before investing hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately my dogs condition did require more attention, but she is now getting the care she needed. Thank you!

Im very happy that I came across JustAnswer when i questioned Google. I needed last minute advice for a legal issue I was having and it was so easy and comforting to use them. There is fee, of course, but after I paid with a minute or two I was paired with an attorney. I asked my main question which, wasnt a yes or no answer type of question. I also threw in a few more and he went to work. Took 20 minutes but should be expected if you want a real answer. The answer i got wasn't really what i was hoping for but i respected it because I could tell it was the truth and wasnt writen up by a high school student. The attorney seemed to actually care and made me feel like I was in good hands even though we have never met. I dont think we're even in the same state. To me thats even more impressive for an attorney because laws and court system procedures vary from state to state. That means he is quite knowledgeable about laws in multiple states or he took the time necessary to research and provide me with the right answer. Either way it shows that JustAnswer is legit and worth looking into for any questions you may have. Literally any?! I know i will be in need of more answer in the future cause I can admit im probably just below average as far as book smarts go but with an IQ of 126 lol. Goggle is decent for being free but isn't always the best or even able to answer certain questions that you may have. If it is of any importance then I dont think its very wise to trust a free service that has proven to be wrong. From my experience I can say that I can trust JustAnswer and I recommend it to anybody that has a question.

I gave a detailed explanation of my problem. Chethan N responded the same day and knew exactly what I needed to do to correct my issue. I followed his instructions and everything is good now. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, courteous and showed a genuine interest in helping me. On a separate note, I had originally contacted the company that we use their program. Their advice did not work. I was so happy to hear from JustAnswer! Thank you!

Just answer got me in touch with Toni. I gave her permission to.access my iPhone camera so she could see what my tv display was showing. She walked me through how to sign into DirecTV to access my correct channel listing. Process took 20 or so minutes, but the results were worth it!

Excellent Help!

Our stove completely stopped working! Not great when you are trying to make dinner and the oven and stove top cease to work. Austin called us within minutes of our request and immediately knew what the problem was, which really surprised us. Our stove model apparently had this known problem which Austin knew about and my husband went about repairing. Stove fixed! Thanks, Austin, for your depth of knowledge, ability to describe the appropriate repair and your professionalism with kindness! You rock!

It all worked out in the end

I called Just Answer because I saw a charge I didn't recognize on my credit card. I had problems switching my cell phone provider and was directed to call Just Answer to find out how to do something by someone at the cell phone provider that I had just signed up with. I was under the impression it was a $5 refundable call. I called and got the answer I needed but then noticed that I was charged $65. So I called JA about that and was told it was for a membership and that I had okayed the membership. But I had not. I thought I was paying five dollars and it would be refunded. I had no idea that I had been signed up for a membership. I called and spoke to someone in Customer Service and she kept insisting that she was unable to reverse the $65 charge and she wouldn't listen to me when I said that I had never authorized a $65 charge. She kept talking over me and I told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor. At that point she was just gone. I was met with dead air. So I called back and I got the person who resolved my problem She listened to me and understood that I had not been told that I was being charged $65 and that it was a $5 charge that I thought I was incurring when I gave my credit card number. So even though the first person I spoke to was unable and unwilling to help me, I managed to find someone who did help me and she reversed the charge. I agreed to pay the $5 charge, which is what I initially thought it would be. I thought that was refundable, but I am willing to pay the $5 for the information I got to help me solve my problem. So to sum it up, the first person from Customer Service was not helpful at all, but the second person I spoke to was very efficient. She listened to me and resolved the problem.
