Very knowledgeable and very helpful about the products and also Crystal Reports. It was a pleasure working with her, yet we don't know if it's fixed yet. We need more time to troubleshoot this at the jobsite.

I thought I may have poisoned my kittens by giving them too much medication over a weeks time. The vet was amazing precious clear and we were able to work it out over the phone. It gave me a huge relief!

Could not get Norton to down she ran into many problems also but took her time and helped me delete another app
