My experience was good with the electrician. I did not get to solve my problem in the end. It was okay with me. After the discussion with the electrician and we determined we would not go on with the repair due to other things coming up on my end, I realized that I did not need the service after the trial period and made certain that I canceled any future billing.

The expert was incredibly helpful. Customer Service was lacking. Initially, I paid $58, or so I thought, to speak to an attorney. My issue was very complicated and I thought it would be easier to talk on the phone, hence the up charge. He tried to call me four times. It didn't work so I called customer service five times. I was interrupted during all the conversation on several occasions, talked over, and my overarching question was not answered. What I discovered later was that my payment was rejected by my card and I couldn't receive the phone call because it wasn't paid for. None of the customer service representatives figured this out or knew or understood this. They continually tried to connect me to a lawyer. None of them could see that my payment did not go through so they couldn't determine why my calls did not go through. That would have helped. A lot. To each representative, I continued to ask an overarching question about my account and why it was not working. The reps had trouble finding my account based on my phone number and email address initially, even though I was logged into the app as well as the Internet. None could answer my question about why my account could be located. None could answer my question about getting a phone call. Is there something preventing the call from going through? It was a waste of time talking to them. I will say that they answered quickly which was a relief. I hate bots. Ask for chats, I hate bots, too. I still haven't received an answer to my query: why can't I receive a phone call? What can't anyone figure this out?. I started over with the bot, got a supervisor via chat, and finally spoke to someone, but not on the phone. Again frustrating. I will probably have to talk to him again about my issue, but for the time being he answered, I would've preferred to talk on the phone. And I still don't have an answer about why they can't call me.

The blower finally stopped working on a 17 tlx. No heat or ac in cabin. Did trouble shooting to no good use. Fuses were fine etc. spoke to tech. He explained the likely issue, the cost of the part, gave up the part number and walked us through the disassembly of the glove box and part of the dash. Ordered part, got it next day and did install of the resistor module in about 30 minutes. Up and tuning in time for 90 degree weather. Tech was spot on and very helpful

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
