Frustrated over equipment failure to start after accidental event that suggested serious electric component failure. It got late, out of daylight. Opted to wait 'till daylight to resume troubleshooting. With daylight, more clarity, issue was resolved.

The vet was very cordial and helpful. Was very open to talking about natural solutions to my cat's problems and the conversation was not rushed. The lack of info about the cost is my only complaint. Came as a bit of a shock when I found out as result of a fraud check email from my bank.

Was unable to connect switches 5 & 6, was told to remove the console and which wires to connect. I worked with a couple of Ford Mechanics and their advice was NO help. Thank you so much for your guidance! I am extremely happy with the results.

Dishwasher was malfunctioning. I had ran several diagnostics on my own and had come up with my thoughts over a couple hours working on it. He confirmed the problem in just a couple minutes max. The pocket change it cost was well worth the peace of mind before buying a part costing over $100.

Dr. Z helped me to not panic...

While out on a walk, my dog had 6 stools that were mucous (and a little grass that she ate.). The last one was brownish red and looked to me like blood. I was about ready to take her to the emergency vet - which would be at least $500 just to have her seen - when I decided to reach out to Just Answer. I described the symptoms and Dr. Z asked some clarifying questions, provided her thoughts on what it might be, and then provided a plan to help address the problem. She also told me what to watch for that might indicate Missy might need to go to the emergency vet. I'm very satisfied with Dr. Z's opinion and praying Missy's guy will calm down by tomorrow! PROBATE FRAUD

Very complicated problem has arisen. My attorney quit because of involved corruptness involving the attorneys in my brothers estate. I went online and chatted with Elizabeth on a Saturday. She was very helpful and told me step-by-step what I should do. My experience was great -- as I have no money to hire an attorney. I am representing myself "Pro Per" and need to make sure I am doing this right.

The tech that handled my situation was professional, knowledgable, yet personable. If he lived in my part of the country, he'd been at my house for some fine Carolina BBQ, and a splash of bourbon (if he is a drinker).
Sincerely, he was very thorough with his explanations, and very knowledgable about how to do what I needed done.

Washing machine door stuck
March 3, 2026

Could not open the washing machine door. Adam Electric told us how to do it. We drained the water left in the washer and unplugged the washer for 5 minutes. After that the door opened and the washer worked properly. We had some trouble draining the water because the washer sits in a plastic tray and is at floor level. We put towels all around and soaked up the draining water and that was sufficient.
