I purchased a used Audi from Fletch Jones Audi in Costa Mesa, along with a 5 year extended warranty. After we got home, we thought it over and decided we wanted to cancel the warranty. I contacted the dealership, they sent a cancellation form, which I signed and returned. They said it takes six weeks to process. It has now been seven weeks, and no word from the dealership, I've called several times. I spoke with someone who would look into it, and she hasn't gotten back to me, won't return calls.
VSee Box stopped working after 2 weeks. Agent did a great job troubleshooting but we couldn't perform the repair required to get unit back to factory setting. So we are taking it back to where we bought it from for replacement.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
