I was a n old help desk agent at a Telcom company and this fellow that Just Answer loaned me was terrific. Outstanding effort and attention to detail. Going back and documenting and refreshing what of many things we did. We were unsuccessful in the end but it wasn't for not trying we just proved out what was possibly going on.
