It was great. Didn't have to wait a long time for a live response. And franklin, electrician, was a extremely helpful and very patient, as I was having difficulty getting pics downloaded. I accessed a websites to support fitness and weight management. I sent an order to Aqua Sculp and Chair Yoga and was very pleased with their product and support. Then the stampede began with Carpanda and multiple other sites hoping to get my business. Soon after, I realized sites began billing without an order from me. These sites sent billing to my Pay Pal account. It has taken me a great amount of effort and energy to stop subscriptions and reset my Pay Pal account. So happy to have Just Answer available and supportive of my need to cancel sites I do not want to use. Thank you for your time and attention,
