Technician Alex was great. Your auto membership and first $65 charge is fraudulent!

My washing machine would only cycle on cool or cold water. A service call from a repairman would have cost at least $75. It turned out that all I needed to do was clean out the line filters in the hot water hose. If that hadn't fixed it I would have needed to replace the water valve. Your expert told me where to order the valve for $89 and that a YouTube video would show me how to complete the switch. So I saved myself at least a couple of hundred dollars. I couldn't be happier with your service.
