To start, not even a dash light up. Did some trouble shooting under mechanics advice. Narrowed it down to the starter. Replaced the starter and it works great.

I was just about to give up on the issues I was having with my MINI. It keeps having the same stuttering acceleration problem no matter what I replace. But when a real human certified BWM mechanic actually CALLED me to walk me through some tests to do I was floored. With that one call we could not find the problem and I had to stop working on the car unexpectedly and honestly had forgot about the original first call I had gotten. But guess what he CALLED BACK more then a few times asking if I still needed help and that he really wanted to help me get my car going. I was missing his calls until today a week later I got to talk to him, and although I was in an Uber heading to the airport we discussed a few scenarios and he said call him back after I return from my trip and he'd be happy to help! And have a great trip! I am blown away! 😃

My expert assistant helped me to send a complaint to American Airlines. First Cate put us on a conference call with American Airlines. Then she explained our issue, ( a fiasco, really). After going through a customer service agent, then a supervisor, Cate helped me to fill out the online form that was eventually needed. Cate stayed with me all the way! She made me feel understood and cared about. This was very important to me because I am very frustrated. Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
