This was the second time I have used JustAnswer. This time I had to get help removing a stuck refrigerator water filter due to pushing it in manually vs. the filter container door finishing the job. Bottom line, your Tech, Austin, was very thorough in his instructions and patient with an 81 year old man (not that he knew this). He even called back both times I inadvertantly disconnected the call. Austin started walking through filter removal, taking one step at a time, the easiest ones first. Finally, I was able to remove the filter and he determined that the filter housing was broken inside. Austin sent me a link to order the housing, plus a link to a video to demonstrate the process of re-installing the housing. I ordered the part, which will arrive soon. After watching the video, I feel confident that I will be able to replace the housing fairly easily.

It was very helpful. I got useful information and background of the lawyer who provided the advice. The only limitation was when selecting the general categories provided by just answer UK there was not one which specifically dealt with International taxation (concerning UK individuals). So I had to select UK employment as a topic which was a bit of a stretch to International taxation. So I don't know if that would have excluded other possible experts from offering to help However the end results seemed to work well.
It was very helpful of the documents I had to have. It isn't like people do this every day so it was good to have someone to guide me.
Guidance on locating the filter area was quick & once I was able to extract the expired filter, insertion of new one was quick as well.
I have been searching for an answer to my problem for a long time. I'm just thankful that I got some answers. I am confident that I will get good result.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
