I had my doubts that an online chat could possibly resolve my issue, but I was very, very pleasantly surprised. Information was easy to provide with direct questions from Just Answer. It took about 5mins to connect me to an expert vet who then asked more detailed questions and provided me with detailed feedback and guidance. I really appreciated the thought that went into Dr Ivana's answers.

It was so easy to connect with a technician, he was patient, told me exactly what will happen (including that his answers will be delayed so that I am not being impatient with waiting for it) and resolved it very quickly - it may have been quite an easy bug, that's why - but I appreciated the details given and overall great experience

Feel scammed

When I signed up I believed that I would be paying a £1 fee. I was using my iPhone to do this. However, when my payment went through on Apple Pay I was charged an extra £39 which was a rolling contract.

First of all I was never contacted don't know what this was about I don't know why I had to leave a credit card number I did and they said there'd be a charge but it would be returned for some reason my card has more than $5 removed from it last I looked at it more than $60 don't know if it was done from you guys or for some reason my card was taken advantage of not sure if it was you or someone else...

Not who I thought it was

I was logging into Hoover.com/help and it went to JustAnswer. I thought it was part of Hoover. Answered all questions explaining what I needed and in order to continue it required a 5 dollar refundable fee. So I paid it. They didn't tell me it was 65 dollars a month. When they were unable to help me I went to PayPal account and asked them to refund my money. Did cancel from their website but no answer about my refund.

Supremely frustrating plus worried if a scam being asked for credit card.luckily I cancelled just after call since the $2 refundable charge wasvadded to $66 member fee.while on hold, i found a number to answer my reason for calling just answer. I will not attempt to get an answer from just answer. I 45 minutes I got 2 phones occupied- one on text hold. 1 on phone call FROM THEM.
