Andre had me check my water pan and drain line. His steps worked perfectly. I sucked the water out of the pan with a shop vac, dried the float valve, reset the breaker and the thermostat. Everything worked perfectly.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
