Fireplace wouldn't start

The fireplace wouldn't start. I replaced the batteries in the remote and still nothing. The technician informed me that there is a transmitter that also has batteries. I found the transmitter, changed the batteries and it's working fine now.

I had purchased items from a merchant online, using the wrong credit card. The just answer person assisted me in getting my refund and instructed me on how to use the merchant's app to request the refund. She did an awesome job and I really appreciate her taking the time to help me as I knew nothing about how to use the merchant's app in getting my money refunded. THANK YOU.

The doctor I've been consulting with, Dr. RRK, is absolutely amazing! Not only does he have incredible knowledge but he goes way above and beyond. He'll do whatever it takes to help me and I can tell that he's genuinely concerned about me. Excellent technical help

Heat pump and air handling unit not working together for cooling.
Kelvin, the technician, after troubleshooting, determined it was the air handling unit fan motor or motor battery. Will need a live person to make the repair.

My cats ate rotten beef and were extremely sick- they had been vomiting for 24 hours and very sick. He told me what the issue was, gave us instructions on how to help them. I followed the instructions and they recovered within a day! I followed his recommendations to the letter- as a result my cats are doing well and no longer sick! Very complicated situation

I have a lot of moving parts and dealing with 2 probates at once. I gave Legal Eagle a ton of information and questions I had on how to handle it all. He, without hardly skipping a beat, gave me just as much information back and gave it to me in understandable step by step instructions. He let me know that I was heading in the right direction with what I'm doing so far and that gave me some relief.
