We had a technical issue with the phone initially. For some reason the Vet could hear is just fine but on our end was static & garbled. Eventually we worked it out and able to get on clear line.

Rubberband

I had specific questions I needed to get legal answers to in order for me to respond to a vendors solicitation after I had already cancelled within the legal time frame, and after the vendor had acknowledged receiving it. Received second response again from vendor. I needed to understand how best to legally respond to end contact with vendor once and for all. All my questions were answered and I now know how to prepare a written response.

Fast and easy

I wrote in because my dumb dog ate chocolate cookies and our vet is closed. The vet I spoke to was super kind about it, asked questions to determine exactly what kind of chocolate and how much was eaten, and helped me figure out what to do next.

Spectrum box activation

It is the best service

One of the problems was that my menu is in Polish and the cat and instructions were in English, so the terminology sometimes didn't match. But Aaaron was extremely helpful and patient. The good thing was that I am a teach of English, so, at least, communication with Aaron wasn't a problem.
