I had a difficult tax return situation since I changed States during the year. I have used TurboTax successfully for years but this year it let me down. TurboTax incorrectly populated fields on the Connecticut partial year schedules and the incorrect numbers could not be overridden. He then led me through the partial-year process in my new state of Maryland, which was also not spelled out well in TurboTax nor easy to understand in the Maryland instructions. It was a phone call visit, but I was able to open the app and send pictures so the doctor could see the bump on my nose and the skin tags. He was able to diagnose the bump and help with the skin tags. The overall process was very nice.

Even though I did on line research, tech helped me change playback location to my area to get local channels. It had bounced me to location hundreds of miles away. I had fixed myself months ago, but this time it was a three step process. It was not recognizing IP address. She was very helpful. At end we reviewed (for me to take notes) process so I can fix myself in the future if needed.

Dave was a lot of help with trying to get my husbands Email & Facebook back. I ended up having to go to Cox Care person and after two hours with her we finally got my husbands Email account back.
