I had a technological problem with my Alienware M17 R5 for about a month. I worked with the technician/supervisor Rei to fix the problem. After about an hour and a half, it was fixed. I can not rate Rei highly enough. I will say one thing that could be useful. Please condense down the tech speak into an easier to understand snippets. Because after the first five suggestions to try; you really got deep under the hood of the Alienware M17 R5. It's a very minor quibble, though. I still rate the reply by Rei as a 10 out of 10 stars.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
