I use ZOOM regularly for meetings. For about three weeks each time I joined a meeting I was muted and could not clear the microphone mute button. Per past experience I uninstalled the ZOOM app and attempted to reinstall the app. However, I was asked to allow additional "environments" to be loaded before installing the ZOOM app. I went online to try to find help with this issue. I selected what I thought was ZOOM technical support and instead was connected with JustAnswer. Andrew, the tech I was assigned, assisted me in finding the basic ZOOM app, now titled ZOOM Workplace and walked me through the questions as I attempted to join a meeting. We thought all was well until I asked to join the final time and another question came up which I answered "incorrectly" and the muted microphone appeared again. I exited the meeting. Attempted the connection again and this time answered the final question differently. The muted mike did not appear. Half an hour later I was able to join a meeting and discuss business items with my peers. Andrew was very patient and willing to assist me through my issue. Often having to explain what he was asking me to do and we successfully restored my ZOOM app capability.

That mean cat likes to attack cats in the area and then runs away like a coward. So, when I have a cat injury that may or may not be a problem, I like to ask a question to make sure I am being reasonable in my cat care. It is important too to realize cats are not fond of going to the vet and their eyes turn red, in anger, with claws and teeth out. No need to get myself scratch up for no reason. The person who created the plastic head ball for cats was a genius! Thank you to the genius! Thank you for the chance to ask questions before a vet appointment needed.!
My question was answered but I thought it was only $5. Afterwards found out $45/month. I cancelled and had a really hard time talking to someone via chat or phone (was hung up on and chat didn't have a live person). Finally was told I'd get my money back. The automation and press 2, press 1, etc is signs of a scam. The CPA should find work elsewhere - if you are a CPA. Surely you're too smart to stay with these people. I cannot recommend this scam and will post it on my blog for all my viewers to beware of you.

The technician gave me guidance AB's answers to my question about the hold-down brackets installation. The screw to be removed must have been over torqued and ended up being stripped or past the threads on the machine screw. I used my small vice grips to unscrew the screws. I installed the hold-down brackets. But from the looks of them, it's all for show. They are not very strong.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
