Had replaced ink cartridges (the 3 color ones were empty, the black one wouldn't print). The new color cartridges seemed to be ok but the black one still wouldn't print. We tried different cleaning processes but the black still wouldn't print. We figure that that function of the printer is broken.
Chat Software needs an intermittent reminder that the veterinarian is still researching the issue. First two responders took so long that I chose to move on. They did not respond to my queries of were they still on. Third responder came up with detailed explanation very quickly. I am a new dog owner and have a lot to learn. Hoping this app will help
Mechanic from San Francisco called, diagnosed the problem and gave me the phone number for a local mobile mechanic who is now coming to repair my car.

Well, I put in the wrong line so what I'm gonna say is this first of all I've had you guys for 56 years now I think you have my name you have my phone number. You have my truck on while I pay every year at like clockwork today is the first time I've ever been asked to sign in, which was OK but I don't use Comcast anymore and I couldn't get anything. I couldn't get the new system working so they sent me to another damn site which says pay us and we will help you. I ain't got no damn help yet.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
