Finally discovered Just Answer on web search for myidtravel and after assessing the booking the tech support enabled refund and I received confirmation on the booking that it was cancelled and refund being processed. The airline in question historically has taken 30 days to refund so I cannot know if my query has been fully resolved till then. However, very helpful online chats with myidtravel and JustAnswers.
