The veterinarian was great! We had a little problem getting together online, but she persevered! And she gave me some great advice about my cat.

Martin was extremely patient with me and step by step he went through slowly directing me through the procedure on my iPhone and Mac laptop. I really appreciated the help as I'm not what you call computer literate. Thank you.

I was doing my laundry with my brand new portable washing machine and panicked when I put the clothes in the spin tub and could not get it to spin. I called in and was assisted by Charles who did a great job in advising me that if the machine was not level on the dolly the spin cycle would not work. I checked the machine to correct that and sure enough the spin cycle kicked in. I was so happy it was something that easy because I had started to think my machine was defective. I appreciate his knowledge and quick thinking which was the solution to my problem. Thanks Charles.

I hate updating my hardware. The Software trails behind ready to trip me up at every click`; Both my Mac Book Air (new, and old) conspired to either block Yahoo email going out (new MB), or block Yahoo email coming in. (old MB) and I should receive an award for the. Number of new passwords I was prompted to come up with. Thanks for getting me through this. Not changing hardware again for another ten years.

My experience with Just Answer was important to me because I have been frustrated how to manage prime video. Although, the technicians know all of the ways and means to navigate help, I was charged multiple times a few years ago and I was very confused how to navigate. I think charges are managed quite differently now.
