I was doing my laundry with my brand new portable washing machine and panicked when I put the clothes in the spin tub and could not get it to spin. I called in and was assisted by Charles who did a great job in advising me that if the machine was not level on the dolly the spin cycle would not work. I checked the machine to correct that and sure enough the spin cycle kicked in. I was so happy it was something that easy because I had started to think my machine was defective. The Software trails behind ready to trip me up at every click`; Both my Mac Book Air (new, and old) conspired to either block Yahoo email going out (new MB), or block Yahoo email coming in. Although, the technicians know all of the ways and means to navigate help, I was charged multiple times a few years ago and I was very confused how to navigate. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
