My technician was awesome. He walked me through step by step troubleshooting the issue. We problem solved with each step. We ended up resolving the initial problem and then he helped me with an additional issue that I didn't know I had.

I experience a lot of difficulty with the platform. I have to send and resend my messages. Sometimes the response from them extends beyond the chat screen somehow, and I have to select all and copy the text - then paste it elsewhere to read the full message.

The tech who helped me via chat was clear and concise with directions.
